10:30 Gyutaro did say he wanted to release his Circulating technique as soon as possible to save himself, but the technique was only released after the beheading.
It's technically a fail safe for Demons with blood art, specially an upper moons. When they still have will to fight after beheading, their blood demon art will burst uncontrollably.

Here’s an explanation of Uzui's musical score: Uzui has analyzed combat maneuvers to the point where he can read them like music sheets. He converts the rhythm of the enemies attack into sound so that every fight becomes a song. He hears repeated phrases and can attack between beats and during the rest, dancing with his opponent.

Actually the reason why Gyutaro exploded his body in the end was because he was going to use his Rotating Circular Slashes technique just before Tanjiro was about to behead him. Thats why even though he slashed his head it created sort of like an after effect due to Gyutaro senses.

The transition to the credits shouldnt go unnoticed it literally gave me chills man. I love how they didnt give us the usual ending theme because this episode was not usual in the slightest😂

In all honestly, the only reason why Gyutaro is the 6th Upper Moon is all because of his sister, in something that the author reveal, it was something of what Muzan thinks of every Upper Moon, he said that Gyutaro would be in a higher position if it wasn't for her sister, so he is not actually the weakest, his sister is.

no stop , if u think demon slayer's dialouges and story is something to be more appreciated then u haven't watched much quality anime with insane story telling . the story is purely generic with one of the most generic MC ever . the dialouges are weak and it follows the same structure
yeah but the strong point of ds is the anime and yes I was reading the manga when it was peak hype ( last arc) and still the manga is good but the animation HARD CARRIES THE STORY and both of them are lucky to get each other but Koyoharu Gotouge was the one for getting the best studio to animate her work

@@xo4709 Because it was a fact that Gatouge was already rushing the manga towards the end... it was solidly written but there was no complexity to the plot to make it stand out more from Shonen. I always said that the anime should fix the pacing of the manga and expound on it more. I mean Iguro was poorly written and only had a chance to shine for like 5 minutes. It’s not top tier, but it is a solid Shonen manga

Ufotable saw a chance with this season being so short and went all out with their budget. What an amazing, breathtaking animation. To think they could match/top their Movie Mugen Train. Incredible 🔥

Ufotable is treating every weekend like its our birthday. The animation has been phenomenal.
Maybe not the most emotionally impactful, but definitely the best animated episode of Kimetsu no Yaiba! Absolutely breathtaking!!!

They were fighting with everything they have to defeat Daki and Gyutaro so you can only imagine how strong the top 3 upper moons are….

Your point is actually interesting, in the manga the narrator stated why they were able to do that lol. They were suppose to mention it this episode or they might do it next episode. They might also leave it out completely. But, there’s a reason why the demons seemed to always be 1 step ahead in this fight lol.

@@Mora-tp1rl They didn’t address it in the anime or I might of missed it. But, in the manga Gyutaro and Daki shares the same line of vision. Hence, her belt being able to attack Tanjiro and Uzui while she is fight. Also, he can actually control her in which she mentions in the last episode.
Tengen turns opponents attacks into a musical score allowing him to strike in between beats and on beat to essentially "dance" with his opponent. Which is why episodes ago Tengen asked if they wanted to see him dance.
Every time I said an episode was my favorite the next episode comes out and blows me away. In my opinion this episode was just as equal to the movie. Hell it could be even better. Ufotable deserves all the awards this year

Musical Score: A technique Tengen developed using his heightened sense of hearing to work in conjunction with his Sound Breathing, where he analyzes combat maneuvers and deconstructs the rhythm of his enemies' attacks into sound and reads them like sheet music to the point every fight becomes like a song. This allows Tengen to gain an understanding of his opponent's habits as well as their blind spots, giving him an edge against them.
( in demon slayer academy universe Tengen is an art teacher. He is nicknamed "Buddy Sensei" and is known for calling art as "explosions" and destroying the art classroom with dynamite 🧨)

In the previous’ episodes Tengen mentioned he was able to use the muscle score technique that made him able to anticipate Gyutaro’s moves , able to deflect each one and even defeat his Opponents. He also mentioned The only downside to it is that it takes a while to use it since it needs him to read his opponent, and when he was doing the do re mi da so part was a part of that technique.

What wasn't explained in this episode is that when Uzui was referring to Gyutaro's "score" is that he can basically after a while of compiling the enemy attack patterns and habits he converts that into a song or rhythm. Thats why he was able to go toe-to-toe with Gyutaro despite losing a hand. He was reading him like an open book. The downside to this technique is that it takes a long time to complete. And i'll put spoilers below about Tanjiro's scar turning into flames.
So that was Tanjiro manifesting his demon slayer mark, it will become pretty important later on as it gives the user who manifests it access to superhuman strength, agility and endurance matching that of even the highest ranking demons aswell as allows them to turn their Nichirin sword bright red which disrupts demons regeneration capabilities. Furthermore it can also give access to the transparent world, which allows the user to observe every detail such as the smallest flex of muscles, bloodflow, breathing etc of whoever they are looking at, aswell as makes them hyper-perceptive. It basically just decreases their reaction time massively and makes em able to predict movements.

I read the manga and its exactly what happens like this episode they had that same shot when Tengen came back to fight. The anime so far is just like the manga and Demon Slayer is just amazing and to me its hands down the best anime close second is Attack on Titan. And definitely Ufotable is definitely the goat when it comes to anime

Gyutaro‘s VA is so amazing. He does Marco bott in AOT and it just goes to show his range, how he can go from a soft spoken likable character to a cynical demon.
It’s both. Ufotable is no doubt best animation. But they’re also lucky to be able to get content from Demon Slayer, they got an amazing story telling from the series. And so far, EVERYTHING has been faithful without any fillers.

This was THE most amazing episode of an anime I've ever seen. I was SO stressed and when I thought it was over... SUPER STRESS. But seriously, after I watched it I sat in shock for at least 30 minutes. It's an amazing episode.
you know the new pm of Japan Fumio Kishida is a demon slayer fan and he pledged to support the anime industry, even the opening theme of demon slayer was played at the closing ceremony of Tokyo Olympics. This shows how this anime is so close to Japan's heart. Ufotable did justice to all that emotions and even more. Hands down to the best animation ever
I like how in Demon Slayer the main characters are treated like fodder and side characters are the goats. Tanjiro got stabbed through his chin

No he's actually still asleep, only time he'll be conscious while fighting ( as in actually being useful instead of crying ) is in the final arc.

What’s mad is these guys were upper 6 and they were THAT good that it got aggravating because they weren’t being defeated. So what makes me think is Akaza vs Rengoku… either Rengoku was really just that damn good or Akaza was holding back a whole lot, because he’s 3 ranks higher than the siblings and they messed Tengen up. Yea he was messing around and that’s why Muzan was pissed. He could of killed everyone on sight haha. Then upper 1-2 is a completely different conversation haha. In reference to the current hashiras being the best, I think that was just the master stating his opinion or in his lifetime, but I could be wrong.
