That’s cuz the song for this level is the terraria calamity bossfight music for an easier version of the boss who’s theme song is the song used in Vehemence, so they’re very similar tracks from the same game and connected bossfights
This level has the exact same problem with Emerald Realm, the deco between parts is inconsistent especially Culucs being the most detailed just like in Emerald Realm.

Culuc makes ridiculously big changes in terms of decoration, like in Emerald Realm, Culuc's part is the most prominent of the entire level.
