Culuc would be good for hard and beautiful gameplay/deco MindCap would be good for the confusing aspect as well as some good gameplay bli would be good for the beautiful and optimized aspect and Riot would generally just be good for the hard part, as he has been able to create the hardest levels, time and time again EDIT: lol I just complimented a bunch of creators and players and started an argument in the replies
riot has been able to create gameplay for the hardest levels because his popularity allows his gameplay to be in rated levels, no offense to him but his gameplay is nothing special
