Dreamcast is smooth but the lighting is stiff and the character is slightly more blocky.
PC looks the best.
The rest look like jaggy cash grabs. It's insane that DC looks better than PS3.

PS3 is just the PS1 game running at a higher resolution but still with the same polygon count and original textures. The DC version is probably the best graphically but I prefer the eyes on the PS1 Raziel, they look more...demonic
