Dexos d orange label is what you need my guy. The oil you used won’t hurt the engine wear wise, but the higher sulfated ash phosphorus and sulfur in dexos green label will turn to ash in your diesel particulate filter.
Yeah you used oil that’s meant for a gasoline engine (Dexos 1) You’re supposed to use “Dexos D” The oil you used says “Gasoline engines only” right on the bottle.
