hi everyone!! we got ourselves a non-fnf remix this time!! combined attributes of both the undertale version (from the Sans fight) and the homestuck version (from [S] Wake) of megalovania to make this remix. hope you enjoy my little rerollers...
to any non-readers this may come as a surprise but megalovania is NOT directly focused on vriska.. the page the song comes from is mainy focused on jack noir!! vriska just stole his spotlight smh....

Undertale is a 2015 2D role-playing video game created by American indie developer Toby Fox. The player controls a child who has fallen into the Underground: a large, secluded region under the surface of the Earth, separated by a magical barrier. The player meets various monsters during the journey back to the surface, although some monsters might engage the player in a fight. The combat system involves the player navigating through mini-bullet hell attacks by the opponent. They can opt to pacify or subdue monsters in order to spare them instead of killing them. These choices affect the game, with the dialogue, characters, and story changing based on outcomes.
Homestuck is an Internet fiction series created by American author and artist Andrew Hussie in the latter half of the 2000s. The fourth and best-known of Hussie's four MS Paint Adventures, it originally ran from April 13, 2009 to April 13, 2016. Though normally described as a webcomic, and partly constituted by a series of single panel pages, Homestuck also relied heavily on Flash animations and instant message logs to convey its story, along with occasional use of browser games.
Its plot centers on a group of teens who avoid the inevitable destruction of Earth by installing the beta version of an upcoming computer game, Sburb. The teens soon come into contact with a group of Internet trolls who are revealed to be horned aliens, and these trolls work with the kids to create a new universe by completing the game. It has been noted for its complex and nonlinear plot, considerable length at over 8,000 pages and 1,200,000 words, and intensely devoted fan community.

@@yuneelyn Ok, first of all - don't just mix Undertale and Homestuck. Different stories and setups. Second of all - if you're so inclined to insist, tell me, how the journey was apparently "at the end", if it was not even the end of an Act, or a game, much less a webcomic? Toby wrote this piece and put into it his own meaning, but its usage and its meaning in Homestuck depend on the person who *wrote* Homestuck - Andrew Hussie.
And lastly - given it's a piece of art and not a scientific theory - both you and me are free to have an interpretation of our own, as long as the interpretation is sound.
I still dont know what a homestuck is after all these years somehow but this is peak

I know this video came out 2 months ago, but lemme give my 2 cents about the "does megalovania belong to Vriska or Aradia or jack or whoever" debacle:
Vriska is a thief of light, and while light is an aspect tied to luck, like Vriska herself is, but its also tied to knowledge and information. Vriska *stole* this song from Aradia/jack, and by extension the *knowledge* of who this song was associated with.

Literally one one the best megalovania remixes I've ever heard.
Some parts are a bit too loud though. (Mainly the brass section.) Other than that it's absolute perfection.

when it comes to megalovania remixed, i always appreciate the homestuck references, i just wish the ending of the homestuck megalovania with the guitar rift, it just sounds so peak everytime i hear it, and really wish it was extended and used more often

That is because those are also versions of Megalovania, this is just based on the version of Megalovania that predates Undertale
