love your palette! where did you get it? regular steel wool ok from like Lowe's? Varnish any kind will do? any other prep? I have plenty of raw copper my husband works with I can mount to some mdf etc thnx
hi, I am thinking of trying to work on copper.....is there a specific gauge I should use, and I was wondering where I could buy this......also you mentioned laquer.....can you tell me what this would be, is it an art material?
thanks
Wouldn't permalac help with exclusion of patina versus lacquer?
HI there, in your verbal description of the materials you use, I missed one. You mentioned "Oil Paints, Mineral Spirits and Linseed oil mixed with?? I'm sure its something I am unfamiliar with which is why I didn't catch it. If you wouldn't mind, could you please let me know? Thank you much!!
Im pretty sure its a glazing medium instead of linseed oil.
She said something that sounded like "Immature goth kid." I think it is Galkyd. Gamblin makes Galkyd.
