NRAR’s Strategic Plan 2021-2023

NRAR’s operations are guided by its Strategic Plan 2021-23. In this video we describe how we will achieve positive outcomes for the people, environment and economy of NSW over this three-year period.
Aligning our activities with our key targets helps to ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently, and goals are met.
The plan defines NRAR’s five strategic goals:
1. Achieve good outcomes and benefits for the people, environment and economy of NSW by sound enforcement of water laws and assisting people to comply.
2. Develop the right regulatory systems, analytics, information, and technology to support and guide our activities.
3. Build strong relationships with communities, organisations and individuals interested in effective enforcement of the state’s water laws.
4. Lead the way when it comes to being an effective regulator and a role model for others.
5. Learn, innovate, achieve, and continuously improve.
