- This is an attempt at compiling television station Idents from across Canada. Alright most are from Ontario and Quebec but you get the idea! I am sure that I am missing some that are out there so I'd love to see them if anyone has material from this time period. AND yes I did indeed include 1980 and 1970 so have a field day with that.

Would have loved to see Lethbridge, Calgary and Swift Current. I used to work at CJFB in Swift and watched the Lethbridge/Calgary stations on aerial, until we got cable... Still remember the days of only 2 channels.
This is a good list, love the layout!
Thank you! I was heavily inspired by your videos so that means a lot!
Its too bad they can't get the former CHNB TV Logo from North Bay that went off the air in 2002 and became a full time CBLT repeater.
Well done, so awesome to be able to get a glimpse of what Canadians were seeing on TV back then!
Thank you!
American girl here fascinated with 70’s and 80’s TV…very cool! Thank you for sharing!🥰
You're welcome!
Well done! 👏👏👏
I heard Match Game intro on the CHNB ident.
No Grizzly Adams tonight? That's just not fair!!
At 5:42 I thought i was going to see Floyd Robertson and Earl Camembert.
For your first TV ident compilation video, this is good. 👍
Thank you!

Canadian Station Idents from the 198th decade (ft. 197th decade & 199th decade).
Nice. I always thought each province has 1 or 2 cities with the network stations and the rest were satellites. Vancouver, Calgary & Edmonton, Regina & Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto & Ottawa, Montreal, Moncton, Charlottetown, Halifax & Sydney, St. John's, Whitehorse, Yellowknife, and Iqualuit.
Ontario i know have 3 (Ottawa, Toronto, Windsor). Windsor was more to replace many of CBC US programs with alternative programs due to many US shows on the stations in Detroit.
Cboft9 went hard
I definitely agree
CityTV in Colombia ??
Yup, they franchised out the City TV Branding out to other countries.
Apparently, there is no country or TV east of Montreal...
HAVEN'T U EVEN HEARD OF QUEBEC CITY!?!!?!??!!??!
CHNB sounds like DZBB from the 1980s.
Can you do the Canadian station idents from the 1980s?
I will start work on that!
My brothers and sisters. Jeff
