Naloxone, the active ingredient in 4mg Narcan and higher dose 8mg Kloxxado, along with many generic versions, can reverse an opioid overdose if administered quickly enough. Some areas have Naloxone available for free. Google it.

This is my dad. So proud of my father for delivering this message with such grace. Love you Dad. Thank you for telling my story as well ❤

  • @HellaReckless

I damn sure didn’t know about fentanyl in 2012.

I lost my youngest daughter , her drug of choice all started with a bad sunburn and and a script for hydrcodone. She was 19 yrs old. It only got worse and I'd lost my mind trying to keep her clean. She had just turned 40 years old when her heart gave up. I miss my baby, God bless you . The pain never goes away💔💔

Morphine for tooth ache? I am a doctor in Scandinavia and i Can count on one hand the times i have prescribed opiods. I am outraged watching this. The American doctors must be mad

This man definitely needs to start a ministry. He could be a father to so many who don't have one.

  • @janedixon8491

I’m sorry you lost your son dad. That would have been my son except he got incarcerated in local jail for 9 months and came out clean but of course still an addict. He’s 3 years clean and thriving.

Where I live they don’t even prescribe pain pill for dental work anymore. It’s Tylenol & Ibuprofen.

I must applaud this father for acknowledging that his son was also culpable for his own death. That doesn’t make him a bad person, he had an addiction. This family and their late son seem

This man is very well spoken.

Thank you for sharing your story. I'm so sorry for your loss. My 3 time suicide survivor story starts with my 43 year-old brother after a botched hip replacement surgery... addicted to Oxy. It moves on to my Bestie, Roger J. Dart, from Leawood, KS who shot himself with his service revolver. He was a paramedic for many years who had an ER physician give him scripts for pills... they would go to "swing" parties together. Your local dealer may just be your local ER doctor. He transitioned to the Police Academy before he took his life. And the third, for me, was my Dad. Yup... 86 years old. Fentanyl patches were his curse - for osteoperosis and arthritis pain. He took his own life with a Ithaca 22. These drugs and the reliance on them can present as suicidal ideations. Such an incidious web we weave. Keep sharing. You dont know who you may help.

  • @lisajeter9511

This Dad grief was palpable! You don’t see that often.

  • @denisesalles7248

So terribly sad - you can literally feel his heart/soul ache. I am so sorry for your loss.

  • @littlemikeism

I know it has been almost 12 years, but don't let the stigma of a drug related death embarrass or diminish the light that Jordan was while living. Bless you for using this horrible experience to help others. You and your family are in my prayers.

Sir, I am so sorry you lost a wonderful son who would have made a great father himself. Losing a child is not natural and as parents we want to fix everything for our children. You did everything right.

  • @elexis3728

The picture at the baseball game brought tears to my eyes. I’m so glad he had that moment! I’m so sorry for their loss. What a great Dad these kids have.

2012 is shocking to me. I had no idea Fentanyl was here already in 2012 to be honest. Blown away some guy had access to a Fentanyl patch (usually reserved for cancer patients and similar). I'm glad the guy that sold it to him was convicted of MURDER as they all should be when found guilty. I looked it up on the internet. RIP Jordan. You had great parents. Thank you TX pictures.
