Thanks Mike for your time and the video awesome build.
Looking good nice job on the tank mount
Good video
Great to see this car moving forward !
Thanks for sharing with us.
Excellent!!
In 1963 I had a 56 210 Chevy sedan that had a 283 with dual quad cast iron intake.
I understand they were oem. I was referring to the big tunnel ram intakes.
Tank mount looks very sturdy. I like the design. I hope you didn’t take my comment on your workshop the wrong way Mike. Over here in the uk lots of hot rodders don’t have a garage. Some rent a tiny one car garage. Your country is much bigger. Plus the car is a way of life over there. We have little boxes houses and cars. All the very best wishes from England. Hope Ali gets well soon. O the seat on the daughters bed made me smile I have my stash of parts in the spare bedroom.
Oh I didn’t take it in any way other than sincere.
I appreciate your support.
I am fortunate to have the things I have and understand life is different for everyone in all parts of the country and world
To true
Looks good
Nice work
Great work Mike as usual ! I hope Allie is well soon .
Awesome idea for your dimple dyes
Saw another clever bottle cover use - drill a hole through each side, insert a piece of tubing which fits your hand, weld around both joints for a body working hammer.
Glad to see you out in the shop Mike! With the recent storm it probably took you awhile to get out there!😎
Haha it was a chore. 🤪
I like your idea for the mount and your easy way of not spending money for dipole die equipment is genuinely a great idea and thanks for sharing I will be using it myself now that I have seen it
gettin together cool
Great video!! Your home brew dimple die technique works really slick.
I really appreciate that. Thanks !
Glad you are back....
What am I back from?
Hey, great vid, cool project.
Thanks ! I appreciate it very much.
The mount looks great! Please say again what gas tank you’re using and where did you get it?
Thank you. The gas tank is a 1953-55 Ford F100 tank. Purchased it from Tanksinc.com
Have you had a chance to use the new tiny battery yet? Curious how well it works and how you like it.
I’m close to firing off the motor. Just working on the carburetors and linkage now. There’s a lot of guys on RUclips and online using them and have had great success with them. I’m sure my setup will be the same. I’m planning an update soon. Haven’t done mushrooms video lately. Just focusing on the car and getting it to the race in May
What gas tank is that?
53-56 Ford F-100 tank
@@ThisOldHotrod Thanks. Redoing my car and that looks better than what I have.
@@orbitup it’s got a funky bottom, but as long as you create a similar mount. It should work out just fine
Somehow I got unsubscribed. I'm back now
looking for 39 ford hubs and drums.can you help.?
I don’t know that I have any. I don’t ever use that style wheel and drum setup.
@@ThisOldHotrod okay thanks much I appreciate your help. What do you use on the front end of model A mine's a 29
@@kleinbergers33 I only use 42-48 drums and brakes. The later brakes and 5X5.5” bolt pattern. Not the wide 5 bolt pattern and wheels
great job mike hope ali is well.
Thanks!
John. Thank you 🙏🏼 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
