a story about why hot caramel exploded in my face. We shot this video for 5 days. And one day I left the caramel pot in the refrigerator. the next day I set the caramel to heat up to the maximum power of the stove. from below, the caramel began to burn and smoke, and on top there was still a cold hard layer of caramel. it began to crack and as soon as I turned to see what was cracking there, it exploded. whole.

This recipe in a nutshell: Take sugar, add sugar. Heat & solidify. Combine sugar with sugar, add sugar. Heat. Pour sugar mixture into sugar bowl, let cool. Garnish with sugar.
