The problem is, when a new episode becomes available it's right back in the continue watching list. One of Peacock's annoying features is that it defaults to a new show after you've watched the latest episode of a series you're following. If you click cancel you're in the clear but if you fail to accomplish that you are stuck with another unwanted program in continue watching.

Nah facts. And you still hit cancel and it still pops up the next movie or show 🤦‍♂️

I have several shows that I watch weekly, as well as binge watch the old episodes. The ONLY show that Peacock has ever automatically put in my continue watching list is a show I can't stand. I know it's dumb but it's so irritating!

Peacock needs to up their game. Other streaming services have a much simpler way to delete continue watching.

Yes, but that is BS. They should not add the crap you do not to watch in the first place. Hulu figured it out, if I just happen to fall asleep, the app stops at the end of the show.Who watches housewives and that other crap anyways.

It comes back again. Smackdown is aired every friday. If I fast forward to the end.
Then on Saturday the new friday episode will show up in the continue watching List again.
I only watched smackdown once to see a family member on tv in the crowd
