I’ve watched yours and Zoe’s videos since I was about 10, I’m now 17 and feel like I’ve grown up with you and know you guys better than some of the people in my life! It’s crazy to think how RUclips videos can feel that way. It’s so nice to see who Ottie is growing into and seeing you guys finally being parents as I think most people would agree you were meant to be! I’m usually a silent viewer, but thought I would drop a comment as you said about how good the community of people watching you is atm and wanted to be a part of it!
I started watching Zoe when she was 19 too, been here for nearly 14 years! I’ve grown up watching you both, don’t think I have ever missed a video. I had my 1st baby in September 2021, 2 weeks after Ottie was born and it’s been amazing to watch Ottie grow as my little boy is growing too! And on that, if it was impossible to fail, I would start up my very own business, so that I could support my little boy forever and give him the best life, knowing it would never fail!!
If I could do anything, impossible to fail, I honestly would continue on the exact path I’m on now. Following my dreams and living my best life truly. I’m a student studying for my dream career (paramedic science) and I honestly wouldn’t change it for the world. Wanted to be a paramedic since as long as I can remember and to finally be in the final stages before being fully qualified is just insane to think about - I’m only 1 year and a half away which is crazy. I don’t think people realise how far they have actually came and taking the time to reflect is just so important! Especially if your having a bad day, just remember how far you came.
I am getting emotional watching this, but I was 8 when I started watching you and Zoe, and now I’m 20 years old. I can’t even explain what your Vlogs in Zoe‘s vlogs mean to me. They have gotten me through some of the roughest times of my life. No matter how upset I feel or anxious. If I put on your Vlog or one of Zoe’s old videos, it honestly relieves all of my anxiety and just makes me feel happy and comfortable as ridiculous as that may sound and I hope that one day I can meet you. You both just provide the ultimate comfort, and I think I will watch your vlogs old and new forever.
If it was impossible to fail I’d start my own business or write my own books / novels. Love your content lately! Hope you and Zoe are well
In answer to your question at the start of the video, I'd like to walk unaided and without pain. Do something that comes natural to most of the people in the world but is difficult for others. If I could wake up tomorrow and walk without needing an aide, that would be my greatest achievement.
By the way, Future self coffee is INCREDIBLE!!! I make my favourite brown sugar cooler with it.... 2 shots of coffee, 5ml of sugar free brown sugar syrup, topped with soya milk and tons of crushed ice! Makes me salivate just thinking of it but I've had my 2 coffee allowance today 😂😂

I’m using a silent watcher, but I just wanted to comment and say you both are such wonderful parents and should be so proud of yourselves for everything you do for Ottie and the life yous are building! - you both have been my go to people since I was 9, in 2013 and I’m turning 19 this year - you really are my role models! if I was going to succeed in anything in life it would be my A Levels as I am going into Nursing to make a difference to people’s lives ❤

If it was impossible to fail....I would finish uni and then start my own small business selling my art, greeting cards, posters etc and I would love to have my own studio space so I could give art classes to little kids 🥺💕
I would star in a play on the West End or on Broadway. A professional production! That would be such a blast and something I could mark off my bucket list. ❤ I love theater so much but it is difficult to make a living doing it.

I love that I've been able to grow with your videos and just like how you get to watch back your old videos and reminisce, I can literally watch back your old videos and remember what grade I was in when it came out - so crazy. I’ve been watching Zoe since I was 13 (I’m almost 23) but just about 4 years ago started watching your videos. I love watching Ottie grow, my daughter is 10 months younger and it’s so cool being able to see how quickly she’ll go from how she is now to how Ottie is. It goes so fast.

both my dad and my brother have always been super outdoorsy and are really good at mountain biking and skiing and i have always struggled, especially with mountain biking, to get good at it. i always have dreams where i’m biking or skiing or skateboarding and i’m so good and i wake up wishing it was real. this past season i’ve been skiing A LOT and have grown to love it so much, so i guess if i could just be really really good at skiing… but i also have been loving the learning process and i think the most satisfying thing about learning something new is seeing your progress and i feel that skiing has been the first thing i can actually see myself getting better at every time and wanting to push myself. so it’s hard to say if i would sacrifice that learning period to just be good at it, but i hope to someday get there.
I think the most important to me would have been to never fail at “motherhood” as my son is everything to me. Thinking further about it, it came to me that failure, and learning from it, is so important in life. Thank you for sharing your content with us. Your family is truly precious!

I want to teach my son who has autism eye contact. Don’t get me wrong he is the most incredible little boy who loves life. He has open my eyes to a whole new way of thinking and I’m lucky to be his mom. He struggles with eye contact and I wish I could understand him more and he could look me in the eyes when he says I love you. But I’ll never give up on him and will be there for the struggles and for the triumphs .
I watched you both since before you got together and love to watch 40 min vlogs till now haha! I'm from Israel and you inspired me to travel to Brighton. I flew with my husband last week to England and it was such a dream to chill in Brighton beach and live the videos I've been watching for years! Your town is so chill and artistic, I fell in love.
To answer your question - I would love to start up my own cafe business! Like you, I am a coffee lover but I also just love being around and serving people in my community! I would love to have a successful business that helps out other small businesses in town such as a local farmer who provides the produce for the food or selling plants from the local nursery. I'd want to create a space where you can pick up a good book, get some great food and drinks, meet some amazing people, and pick up a nice little plant on your way out. If there was no risk of failure I would do that for sure!
I remember watching your videos as a kid, throughout school! I remember the vidcon vlogs being my absolute favourite, I still revisit them to this day for the same reasons you’ve just described, it bring back so many memories of that time in my life! I remember queuing for hours in the Metro Centre to get my Pointless book signed, and dragging my mum along, and that was how many years ago now? 7 or 8? And for context, I’m just about to graduate, and turn 21. That’s coming up to a solid 10 years! Reminiscing the Pointless Blog days!

If it was impossible to fail I would plan a trip around the world with my friends and travel for a year. I moved abroad about a year ago and it has opened my eyes to so many beautiful cultures and people, so I cannot wait to explore even more!

Im still here. If it was impossible to to fail, I would be doing theater. I would be acting, costume constructing, and scenic painting my heart out. Is also be more adventurous and helpful in my husband’s contractions business. I’m still working toward these goals. Just a bit slower than I like.

Silent watcher here :) like many others, I’ve been watching yours and Zoe’s videos for so many years. I remember when I was 14, I told my mother I wanted to become a RUclipsr growing up. Many years have passed since then (I’m now 23), and I’ve finally begun uploading baking content!
Initially, my answer to your question was going to be starting up a bakery-which is still an absolute dream of mine…But the more thought I gave it, I realized I wanted to make it big on RUclips. You’ve inspired me to continue my initial dream as a young girl by pursuing my RUclips channel. Hopefully I can inspire others to bake through my own recordings 😊

Impossible to fail = finacial security for our family so me and my husband can pursue our dreams without the dreaded fear (I'm studying to be a midwife & he would love to open a cool garage with food, tattoo parlour, barbers, drinks vibe) AND to add im an OG Zoe fan, im 35 now and only started watching your content on here and insta maybe a year or so ago. I find it very soothing, I love the style, like listening to your views and the way its edited together its very aesthetically pleasing. Thank you 🥰

Hii Alfie, firstly I just wanna say that I've been watching your videos since I was like 13 and it has been a pleasure to grow with you and zoe but also to now watch your daughter grow up and grow with your family as a viewer! Ottilie is such a force and sometimes I tend to rewatch both yours and zoe's videos because ottie just makes me smile haha, the cutest little thing ever!
To answer your question, something that I would do if it were impossible to fail would probably be like extreme adventure sports because in this case, it would be without ANY risks. Also, take bigger risks in my career or even start my own marketing agency!
I've been watching you and Zoe since... I wanna say a year before you get Nala or something like that. I have always related to Zoe's personality and point of view so watching her was like visualize my dream life. But, although nowadays her vlogs still give me those soft cozy vibes, for a couple of years I get more and more in tune with your reflexions and mindset, the questions you make to yourself and to us in the vlogs they click in my head so hard... What I would do if I knew I couldn't fail is to go to medical school to try and become a doctor. I've been thinking about it for years now but I've been too afraid of failure.. and then I realized that if I don't even try then there's a 100% chance that I'll fail, but if I give it a chance, I might just succeed! So I'm starting this year! I just don't want to end up with regrets of not having dared to try! :)
If it's impossible to fail, I think nothing major would change in my life. What I am currently trying to achieve is my biggest goal in life, it was everything I ever dreamed of. Yes, I am eaten up by fear, my insecurities sometimes get to me, the entire process is extremely challenging, but for the first time in life, i am proud to sty that fear didn't stop me.

That is an excellent question, but thinking about it I come to the conclusion that I always begin things without thinking about whether it will work or not. If it looks like something is going to fail then I just adjust it or myself during the process.

I'm still watching, I always have been the one to watch the video until it's over. If it was impossible to fail, what Id do is be you. Now no not take you out of the picture and take your place but as you talked about in the end of the video reflecting on your older vlogs. I have watched you since the beginning, I started watching Zoe because my sister did and she told me that she and Joe reminded her of the two of us. That is when I was introduced to you and the whole old crew and I was so jealous, but like in a good way like I was happy you got to live this life but I wished I did too. Now I know you'll NEVER see this but I know someone will and chances are you feel the same way if you watched the old vlogs of when everyone would go to vidcon together or something like that and you wanted nothing more than to be a part of that friend group. When you look at it now and at the other people on YT when you all were starting and compare your guy's group to the others and you can see that it was actually as genuine as it seemed as a viewer because you all are still friends from a far sure but for example your video with Marcus the other week, it was a throwback and it felt JUST like it used too although it had been however long since you two were in the same video together.
I wish I had that, I wish I was as happy and as successful from doing something I so enjoyed and loved doing, something that gave me pleasure and not just money.
So yeah if it wasn't possible to fail I'd go back in time and be a part of your group and experience everything you got to experience good and bad because it made the two of you two beautifully amazing people and WONDERFUL loving parents to a beautiful little version of you two combined!
So in a way I am saying that as a way of just saying thank you, you have no idea the impact on our lives you have had just by making these silly little videos of you making chocolate or when you bought the candy floss machine in the old house and the way you always sat down on the floor in front of the couch and talked to the camera so genuine it honestly felt like you were talking to me. It walked me back from the ledge more times than I'll ever care to admit...
