As a scratch user I know how hard it is to make something, but some of these they didn’t even try, honestly most scratch games are like this but there is also really good things like the 3D games and the story mode.
It depends,the game can be low quality or with bad drawings,but if the game is fun and playble (a great way to waste time)its very good and fun,its like make a browser but you cant search anything,but theres a lot of fun minigames that you can play,they dont have effort in it but its very fun to play.
5:00 They didn't steal it. There is a feature in Scratch called Remixing, where you take someone's game, make a copy of it, and are able to edit it. If you looked above the Instructions tab it literally says who the original creator is.

I use scratch, many projects are- well horible, theres somebody on scratch called Griffpatch and he makes actual games. I try to make "pen render" projects, such as a Raycaster, Raytracers and others.

The key to drop a gear is Backspace or it could be programed to not drop sometimes.
