Hey I know this is unrelated but I have what might be the best "double up on sneak attack" character yet. Arcane trickster+ 2 level dip circle of the stars archer form not only is it THE first ever druid rogue multi class on the channel it's a spell attack so you can sneak attack with it using arcane trickster then hold your action to cast a blade spell I'll be so happy if you try to build around this
@@Alex-u6n5l I'm not sure that being an Arcane Trickster allows you to get sneak attack on spell attacks... Think it still has to be a finesse or ranged weapon. I love the idea though!

@@nocanseegreen3845 The fact that certain ASI boosts & feats are tied to certain backgrounds though is restrictive because it forces each class to gravitate towards 1 or 2 different backgrounds in order to take the ASI boosts or feat that will most benefit them. What should have been done is provide each background with a few languages and/or proficiencies along with a roleplay ability (like they had previously) and then just let people pick their origin feat & ASI boost from whatever they want.
My DM did an interesting thing with backgrounds: if you took a background, say Guide, you can put the ASI you get into anything, so long as at least 2 of those points went into one or more of the 3 stats the background gives. Also, if it gives Magic Initiate, you can pick whichever class you want. In my case, I wanted Druid anyway, and just went +2 DEX, +1 INT for a soon-to-be EK with Shillelagh. I thought it a pretty good compromise that wasn't as limiting.
Pack Tactics video on the math behind "half on a save" is a great supporting source for why Potent Cantrip is actually an insanely powerful feature. The TL;DR is that something inflicting half on a save barely affects its DPR compared to if it always did full damage. A save or suck spell damage spell has its average damage multiplied (reduced) by the enemies chance to succeed on the save, but the math behind half on a save means that the average damage is only multiplied by a fraction of that success chance. The rule of thumb is that half on a save roughly equates to only around a 25%~ damage difference between an imaginary version of the spell that would always do full damage.
Wow, Colby! The build up of music in the intro was so strong and energizing, it left me screaming for cantrips... 🤣 I love the metal intro so much more. Good to hear it again! Love your stuff. Can't get enough of it!

I think this might be my favourite build. The thing I’ve always loved about Warlocks and how they play is using eldritch blast to do consistent, meaningful damage an unlimited amount of times and then using the spell slots for utility or big Nova rounds
With divine smite now being a bonus action, I'd love to see your new take on your old one-hit-wonder build. Hopefully something has come along in 2024 that piqued your interest!
Just a neat little suggestion for this build: Battle Master! most of Battle Master's maneuvers now works with any attack roll, which includes Eldritch Blast! That means more battlefield control with a few shenanigans!
If you are allowed to use non-2024 species, you could take Eladrin, then when you take 3rd level Warlock (Archfey), Mom and Dad, who are members of the Seelie court make you pledge your allegiance to the Summer Queen when you visit for the holidays.
You can praise damage dealers and combat controllers and all sorts. But honestly, the pc casting bless is the MVP every single combat. Nothing comes even close and is stronger the better optimized the rest of the party is. Unless already having a max cha paladin and like two peace clerics, the bless is the most important thing ever. Optimizing the best blesser is my suggestion. The beloved optimized build that noone will groan at. Master blaster --> master blesser. Quick Cast lvl 2 bless and start blasting.

The music intro is killer, background is way better than it used to be.And the titles are just the only thing i would up production on.Your love for the game is obvious, many thanks for your hard work....love the channel, thank you.
Thanks for exploring this Cody. I'd love to try out this build in game, only would go S5 before dipping Wizard (for the level 3 control spells & restoring sorcery points) & ride Wizard through 4 levels for an ASI: +2 Cha to cap it out at 20. Feels to me like a cleaner progression.
Hey @DndDeepDive, I'm a video editor myself, and I did notice something different with this one. I mean... so far, so good! Maybe just give the cuts a little more space between them. They're a bit too close to the beginning and end of the words, which gives a strange feeling because of that, like, we can't breathe.
Love that this build prioritizes control while mixing in damage and love that the video demonstrates the potential of the revised Evoker feature so well. But I could imagine some more thematic sorcerer-warlock combos: Aberrant Mind-Great Old One, Draconic-Fiend, Wild Magic-Fey…
I love this channel. I discovered it from bg3 now I stay just to watch even though I do not have the time for DnD. It's just a good brightspot to my week.
At 42:36 you mention the Warlock Tank. I built a multi class Warlock/ Barbarian build and this PC is sooooo fun to play. I took Arch Fey for Warlock subclass and Wild Heart as my Barbarian subclass and this build is so versatile in a combat situation I recommend it whole heartedly. Bamfing around the battlefield beating up on choice targets is an amazing combination of abilities. I chose a duergar as a race which gave him Enlarge/Reduce and Invisibility for free is a chefs kiss of bonus spells for utility and buffs. See what you can do to build one Colby :)
I will say, I am playing a version of your sniper build right now at level 9 and our BBEG is a high level bladesinger. At least level 14 since he has song of victory. And his AC was hitting around 28 if memory serves. So I appreciate that you account for those really high ACs in your calculations, even if they aren't common at those levels.
I've seen the artist Lights 7 or 8 times in concert and have loved every show. Each time has felt like it's own unique experience and been enjoyable for different reasons.
Just about to start a Vecna campaign with this build, starting at lvl 11. This is my second campaign after I started playing again after about 20 years off. Great channel Great content Have a great day everyone!!
I'm going to out myself as a square and say I've been to exactly one concert. I saw Caravan Palace live in Toronto just before the panorama. I wish I could feel as happy about anything as that guy was playing the saxophone.
Came for the build, stayed for the **ahem** **ahem** **ahem** . Really like this one, Colby. Super practical for actual play, despite taking 3 classes lmao.
Im starting the vid. Just went the first 30 sec, when Colby propose to do a battlefield controller and doing a lot of damage with cantrip. With that in mind, I expect that he choose fighter at level 1!
I bet you'd love my homebrew mage, combining wizard and sorcerer in one class, replacing them both. It will be having the lowest of Int and Cha as casting stat, but I allow for more higher stats. Both have higher starting stats and more increases with a feat (and +1) every two character levels. More on that below. The benefit is that whenever you get access to another prepared spell, you can either pick one "known" spell or two spellbook spells. Normally once per level (more with a feat expanded caster or when picking a specialty school). I kinda mixed class and subclass abilities into a list to pick from, but balanced with requirements. So various metamagic, item creation, subclass or other abilities can really customize a mage. This could be used for any setting, but I made it as part of a Dark Sun conversion that didn't have the distinction. It does allow one to choose to preserve nature when casting, or defile. When vegetation is sparse that will cost a bonus action (or a bonus magic action you get at 5th) to channel energy slowly. Bonus to this is people will hate you less and fewer will actively hunt you. Or rather, you have a better chance of hiding you are a mage at all. If instead you choose to defile, you destroy plant life around you and the slot used will be tainted, unusable for preserving spells. You don't waste actions, but a character may spiral towards a full defiler. After months of not using the slot it may be redeemed, so not all is lost. But this makes defiling even more tempting. If not yet corrupted, another benefitmof defiling is being able to use the highest of Int or Cha. Ability score rules: 14 12 12 10 10 8 array or roll 6+2d4 averaging 11s. 1 upgrade to Str, Dex and Con 3 free upgrades, +3 from background one upgrade gives a +2 below 14, a +1 up to 18 and you need two upgrades to get 19 and 20. You get another upgrade (with a feat) every even character level, the level 4, 8, etc feats from class are replaced by class ability options. Classes advance to 10th level but are more densely packed. Above 10 there are various advanced being options for the few play those level (and that survive). Proficiency bonus starts at +2 and increases at odd levels, together with some flavorful background/species options and psionics.
Here is another fun build. 9 sorcerer(draconic), 2 warlock, 5 cleric(war), 4 wizard(evo), starting stats 16 chr, 13 int, 13 wis, 14 dex, 13 con. I would probably do the levels like this: 5 sorcerer, 2 warlock, 5 cleric, 4 wiz, 4 more sorcerer. Your main combat spells are hold person, hold monster, spirit guardians, fireball and quickened agonizing blast. For feats start with alert, level 4 +2 chr, level 11 +2 chr, level 16 +1 con and wis, level 19 +2 dex. Great crowd control, insane aoe, extra punch with with agonizing blast or heal for the bonus action. The cleric levels get you heavy armor.
In the bloopers "archmage arcmage" well I have an idea for a lightning draconic sorcerer now. 😮 the "Draconic Arc-Mage". Time to use that newly buffed witch bolt.
I’ve been wanting to do a big magic boi. Right now I’m doing a College of Adventurers bard with Metamagic, Eldritch invocations, eldritch blast, cleric spells, all without multiclassing. And I still have wizard spells incoming. If my pally dies in my Vecna campaign, I think I’m going with this build.
Archfey of riddles and discourse. you have such a tight grip on the understanding of all the ins and outs and hidden rules that govern the fey, you impressed an archfey. if you take fey touched instead of spell sniper for the flavor, it could work great. you could even take hunters mark for eldrich blast (as an option other han hex) when you dont want to quicken a spell.
Hey. I built a Rouge-Barb with the new 2024 rules and… pretty damn strong! I went Berserker 5 and Rest into Rouge Phantom (liked the 2. target sneakattack), but I guess Assassin could work wonders too. Just use strength with Scimitar and Shortsword. Damn… the extra Dmg from berserker, Rage, Sneakattack… damn. Really like it. I would love you optimizing a Build like this. Great Video! Really love and appreciate your work man ❤
In my group I mostly run 0-2 combat encounters pr. long rest, but this is often the it when the party are travelling, investigating and such things. As the adventure begins to conclude, it often intensifies and the number of combat encounters goes up to and each encounter get harder.
If you are going to play this character in a campaign, I'd recommend looking for or crafting a Mizzium Apperatus. This item allows us to cast spells we don't know or have prepared from the wizard, warlock, or sorcerer spell list using spell slots (just make sure to make the check or you will end up casting a different spell entirely).
Remember, they don't want you taking a 1 level dip in Ranger for Hunter's Mark but a 1 level dip into Warlock for Eldritch Blast or a 2 level dip into Fighter for Action Surge is perfectly fine.
I would have gone Elf and a background with Magic Initiate, just to maximize how many spell I have considering we're starting Sorcerer. Probably High elf so that level 5 we'd get free Misty Step.
Not that it hugely matters for this build, but in general one, if not the best, option for an Evocation Savant spell would be Magic Missile, since that doesnt care about your Int and maybe sometimes you just really need to kill an enemy with very low HP and dont wanna risk missing. Also I love the concept for this build. It looks incredibly fun
How does the clockwork, studious wizard archmage get trapped in a fey bargain? The old ADHD trap: Fey: "Hey, can I have your attention?" Magus: "Sure." Fey: "Thanks!" Magus: "No problem- is that a dog?! Holy shit I love dogs!"
Did you give any thought to Pact of the Tome? You could grab Ray of Frost to slow enemies down, and Thorn Whip to pull enemies towards you. Combined with Repelling Blast on your Eldritch Blast, you can set up a fairly decent meat grinder.
The band I've seen the most in concert? Disturbed followed by Shinedown, followed by Iron Maiden. And Iron Maiden is at the bottom of my list only because they only come to my area for their greatest hits tours. 🤘🤘
Keep in mind that there is an arumgent that RAW Pact Magic Spell Slots are not regular Spell Slots. The one is always refered to as Spell Slot the other specifically as Pact Magic Spell Slot. So your DM (just as I would do) might be on the stance that this wording is meant to give the DM a tool at hand to block circumvention of features that are meant LR reources into SR resources by multiclassing into Warlock. Was also sometimes a point of contention with Paladin Warlock Multiclass since the old (Paladin) Simte also RAW did not nessearily allow Pact Magic Slots to be used (now it is a spell with all strings attached sothat question is moot but also the danger of run away scenarios are dealed with by it being a spell). But then most players who went that route didn't really consider that DM's might be inclined to build in conflict into the Oath and Pact anyways ...
A suggestion for the cantrip damage dealer. If you take a Goliath with a Frost Giant ancestry, then every time that you cast a cantrip that requires an attack roll, then you would be adding 1d6 Cold Damage to each hit.
Wizard and Warlock were done before in the past. The hex bladesinger. Playing this now on 2014 rules and it is absolutely amazing at current level 10. Oh, and great video. Much love.
Restore Balance is great if you want to repell someone in melee with Eldritch Blast. You are someone you can see within 60 ft. of yourself. Cancel the first disadvantage and repell the enemy, then all subsequent beams don't suffer from disadvantage anymore. Edit: Well with Spell Sniper at 6th this becomes obsolete, but hey, it's still useful for 5th lvl
I'm surprised nobody mentioned this but given that every beam deals damage means that Potent Cantrips with multiple attacks could be really nasty for an enemy concentrating on a spell. Sure it is a low DC but there will be many rolls.
It is important to note that in 5e there is no surprise round, so if you were to cast web, you would roll initiative and then have to wait until your turn to actually cast it. There is no way to get a spell off on an enemy prior to combat (and therefore it shouldn't be assumed that you can do so). In 2014, as long as the enemy was surprised, you might be able to get the spell off before the enemy acted. But it is almost impossible to have an enemy surprised who is looking at you.
Possibly, however if they are already aware of you, and haven't started being hostile, and you have no sign of casting a spell (subtle spell) what event is then triggering a response to see who goes first? I would argue that the triggering event for initiative would be the appearance of a web spell indicating hostilities. Otherwise people are just rolling initiative due to a hostile action that hasn't even been attempted yet. I.e. two people having a friendly conversation, one decides to subtly cast whatever. Non-caster suddenly rolls initiative to act against the caster who, from his perspective, hasn't done anything hostile. Say he beats the caster, he now has an action in "combat" against someone who hasn't done anything to him or even acted like it. That doesn't make sense to me and I'm not sure the rules completely cover this type of situation. If there is no way the enemy could know about or react to something I don't ask for initiative until an actual trigger happens to start hostilities. Then the surprise rules kick in. To do otherwise makes people act like they can see the future.
@devious_shelf8334 That is how 5e works. In 2014 you would simply be unable to take an action during that round. In 2024 they got rid of it completely. The DMG even says you can't make attacks outside of combat. In 2014 the Barbarian could rage to allow himself to act on the round when everyone else has the surprise condition. Surprise now works completely different and you only have disadvantage to initiative. Which does mean if someone is hiding behind a tree and says they are going to attack, you could end up with the situation where someone roles higher and would act before that. This was also brought up on Trent Monks video because he was saying something was broken but was letting the PC take combat actions outside of Combat.
my intelligence gish build: 4 cantrips in 1 turn eldrich knight 7 evoker 5 sorcerer 2 elemental adept: fire cast haste on yourself for setup. attack action: replace first attack with throw oil, second attack fire bolt. bonus action: quicken fire bolt action surge: attack action, replace an attack with fire bolt, fire a heavy crossbow. haste action: attack action, replace attack with fire bolt. - target is attacked with 4 fire bolts that ignore resistance. - On a hit: full damage plus 5 (all 1s are 2s) - On a miss: half damage plus 5 (all 1s are 2s) note: with both the action surge and haste action, you aren't taking the magic action. you are taking the attack action and replacing an attack with casting a cantrip.
Funny this video came out today, because I just realized earlier that the "war magic" abilities might stack. Not terribly realistic since the earliest you could have two is level 12, and that's with bladesinger and valor bard, so that's 2 more levels for EB+agonizing. Though, then you're one more wizard level away from CME, which is still great at a nerfed upcast, one more warlock for hexblade's curse. Then, four more levels for sorcerer gives quicken spell, so at 20 you could potentially cast three EB's a turn for 12 attacks, adding CME and hexblade's curse on each blast. EK+bladesinger is a bit more realistic I think, though I am not sure getting a second booming blade is really worth it. It would let you true strike twice with a hand crossbow or dart and get the archery combat style or something, if you want to be a ranged bladesinger with just int.
My group decided to switch to mostly 2024 rules and we remade our characters. I' built a Wizard 8 Evoker (Potent Cantrip, Conjure Minor Elementals) Sorcerer 8 Draconic (Dex+Cha to AC. +Cha to Fire Spells, Increased Hp, Quicken Spell) Warlock 4 Arch Fey (free teleport) (Devils Sight, Agonizing Blast, Pact of the Tome) Wood Elf (Pass w/o Trace) Its a very good Gish build. Get Prof w/ Shield and cast a L3 Flame Blade (4d6+Cha+Cha) or Pact of the Tome Shillelagh with Magic Weapon + True Strike NOTES: At low levels when you need to keep distance use Hex w/ EB If you want a really tanky build pick Dwarf for extra HP and pick Toughness. If you want more maneuverability Goliath (Cloud)
The sorlock is, in my opinion, the single best build possible in the 2024 phb. The buffs to heightened spell combined with the powerful control spells available from sorcerer. Taking that concept and going with Evocation Wizard, is a very interesting take and I am excited to try it!
While I certainly can see why Colby would go clockwork soul I think I find AC too important not to go with dragonic sorcerer. Probably aasimar with extra radiant and a fly speed. That's not bad!
@@JugglingAddict I agree with Draconic being better than Clockwork in isolation, but with the level of control and damage you can deal with the Sorlock, and the ability to pick up Mage Armor as a cantrip through invocations, or you can rest cast it, or just play an race with shorter long rests, so you can cast it before resting then have it for 4 hrs, I just don't know that a Sorlock is best with Draconic Sorcerer. Furthermore, Clockwork is the only sorcerer that gets Wall of Force, which is, arguably, the best 5th level spell in the game. So for me, I will rely on Shield, Absorb Elements, Silvery Barbs, strong area control spells, and Mage Armor for my survivability. 16 AC on a full caster is not ideal, but with shield, you'll be able to prevent getting hit pretty consistently. Furthermore, Repelling Blast and your minimal reliance on spell slots gives you very reliable access to Shield, even if you run out of 1st level spell slots. This means, you can start combat activating Innate Sorcery and then casting an area control spell, such as Hypnotic Pattern, with a plus 1 to spell save dc, then use subsequent turns to beam down anyone who isn't incapacitated by Hypnotic Pattern with Eldritch Blast. This means, the Alert Origin Feat is, arguably, the best option as anyone who goes before you is a threat and anyone who goes after is will likely be completely unable to fight back while you and your teammates obliterate them 1 by 1. At higher levels, Clockwork also is just unable to roll below a 10 on attack rolls or saving throws, so they will never lose their concentration or miss with Eldritch Blast. With all that being said, if you can't use custom backgrounds at your table, Draconics additional AC is likely better as you simply can't reliably win initiative.
I'd love to see a College of Dance Bard build soon, I absolutely love the flavour of the class, but I'm struggling on how to best make use of the Agile Strikes as a Bard.
I think this definitely should have been Genie! Especially because you got spell sniper. Then just grab the crusher feat, run next to an enemy, and laugh maniacally as you shoot them sky high! Boosts the damage with Dao Genie and you get to add fall damage. So much fun.

Band I have seen the most? Easy, Alien Sex Fiend then Lamb then a few I have just seen twice including Queen, Bowie, The Cure and Siouxsie and the Banshees.
you go for elf of course for elven accuracy. due to sorcerers lvl 2 feature which lets you "rage" and give you advantage on all sorcerer spells cast, you basically have super advantage....
Yes please to warlock tank. Cloud giant goliath, fighter dip, fey warlock subclass, pact of the blade warlock. Armor of Agathys and Fiendish Vigor work really well at low levels.
Personally I like intercept fighting style, bamf around preventing damage, causing enemy disadvantage, getting hit but hurting them when they do hit me. Keeping armor of agathys up with fiendish vigor forever.

I appreciate how you politely call out backgrounds as being restrictive and frustrating in your videos
the backgrounds are free feats and they separate ASI from racial features they're about as unrestrictive as they can be while still being a game
@@nocanseegreen3845 The fact that certain ASI boosts & feats are tied to certain backgrounds though is restrictive because it forces each class to gravitate towards 1 or 2 different backgrounds in order to take the ASI boosts or feat that will most benefit them.

Optimizing the best blesser is my suggestion. The beloved optimized build that noone will groan at. Master blaster --> master blesser. Quick Cast lvl 2 bless and start blasting.
Thank you, Colby, for going back in time and inventing the Internet! 🎉🎉🎉
Episode 200 is coming up I can’t believe it I watch the old ones every once is a while and I’m like there’s no way that was over 2 years ago??! But dang excited for the big 200 episode mark coming up near the beginning of next year
This ad read was one of the best so far 😂
I think I've seen Weird Al in concert more than anyone else, actually.
It's either Al or They Might Be Giants.
One thing I’ll say is if your DM lets you be an Amethyst ancestor draconic sorcerer you’ll get to add your CHA mod again to each blast
Considering what Gem dragonborn could do and with the new dragonborn, it really wouldn't be a stretch to allow it.
I disagree, be more absurd and intentional with this editing style.
Content is great as always. And that commercial was 🔥
“Overlord Thoraxadil” sounds like a mascot for a drug company.
Just wait'll ya hear the side effects on THIS guy...
@ “May cause severe cranial injury and the pooping of pants.”
Great channel
Great content
Have a great day everyone!!
4 mins left to go and id say your new editor is awesome
I'm going to out myself as a square and say I've been to exactly one concert. I saw Caravan Palace live in Toronto just before the panorama. I wish I could feel as happy about anything as that guy was playing the saxophone.
That was the first time I’ve watched one of your ads. Awesome work!
This might be exactly what I was looking for!! I have been trying to build an Eldritch blast cowboy and this fits perfectly. 10/10
Thanks Colby! ❤
Nice Skit for the Add! Actually, got me to watch it. 😅
This sounds like such a fun build. great video :)
the lil pause before the cut at 3:09 XD
First time watching your videos. Amazing. Idk how I didn't find you sooner. Great job.
Hey thanks, and welcome!
Ability score rules:
14 12 12 10 10 8 array or roll 6+2d4 averaging 11s.
1 upgrade to Str, Dex and Con
3 free upgrades, +3 from background
one upgrade gives a +2 below 14, a +1 up to 18 and you need two upgrades to get 19 and 20.
Feathered Hair ROCKS dude!!!
I liked the building music and fadeaway in the beginning
Great vid as per usual and great editing.
I absolutely love the ad skit.
We need more '80's Colby. That hair is magnificent.
I loved this advertisement, and the DM's escalating confusion as the Mane character gets going
The outakes were awesome😂😂😂
Really love and appreciate your work man ❤
For me that is the best build for 2024 so far :)
I've only been to one concert. 3 Doors Down played at my local fair. One of my favorite bands so it was a grand time.
Nice closing Song there!!!! Just saw Toad with BNL last month.
In my group I mostly run 0-2 combat encounters pr. long rest, but this is often the it when the party are travelling, investigating and such things. As the adventure begins to conclude, it often intensifies and the number of combat encounters goes up to and each encounter get harder.
Thank you for your very interesting build
The old ADHD trap:
Fey: "Hey, can I have your attention?"
Magus: "Sure."
Fey: "Thanks!"
Magus: "No problem- is that a dog?!
Based on how much of the video I've seen so far, I think I would flavour this character as a gunslinger, firing most of my cantrips as magic bullets.
Oh my god, the hair, the _hair_
@@abydosianchulac2 lol I don’t know if this is praise or more akin to the Heart of Darkness’s “The Horror. The Horror.”
@DnDDeepDive I'll let you know when I figure it out myself, having my earliest memories of my older cousins come to life is throwing me for a loop
@@abydosianchulac2
A suggestion for the cantrip damage dealer. If you take a Goliath with a Frost Giant ancestry, then every time that you cast a cantrip that requires an attack roll, then you would be adding 1d6 Cold Damage to each hit.
@@AndrewJohnson-oy8oj proficiency bonus times per day :)
You forgot about reducing their speed by 10 feet! ❄️
(rock music starts playing) Awh yeah, this gonna be GUD....
Potent Cantrip combined with Agonizing Blast is wild. Purely because it’s an additional 2 force damage (+5 CHA mod) per beam ON A MISS.
Rest in pieces, triple eldritch blast
And welcome, new eldritch blast
my intelligence gish build:
4 cantrips in 1 turn
eldrich knight 7
evoker 5
sorcerer 2
elemental adept: fire
cast haste on yourself for setup.
attack action: replace first attack with throw oil, second attack fire bolt.
bonus action: quicken fire bolt
action surge: attack action, replace an attack with fire bolt, fire a heavy crossbow.
haste action: attack action, replace attack with fire bolt.
- target is attacked with 4 fire bolts that ignore resistance.
- On a hit: full damage plus 5 (all 1s are 2s)
- On a miss: half damage plus 5 (all 1s are 2s)
note: with both the action surge and haste action, you aren't taking the magic action. you are taking the attack action and replacing an attack with casting a cantrip.
I see that you have attended the 'Ginny Di' School of Superior Sponsor Segments. Luminous anime hair coming next week? :)
The OG music is the best!
Switchfoot is probably the most concerts I've seen. I will say it's been a long time since I've been to a concert at all though
I' built a
Wizard 8 Evoker (Potent Cantrip, Conjure Minor Elementals)
Sorcerer 8 Draconic
(Dex+Cha to AC. +Cha to Fire Spells, Increased Hp, Quicken Spell)
Warlock 4 Arch Fey
(free teleport) (Devils Sight, Agonizing Blast, Pact of the Tome)
Wood Elf (Pass w/o Trace)
Its a very good Gish build. Get Prof w/ Shield and cast a L3 Flame Blade (4d6+Cha+Cha)
or Pact of the Tome Shillelagh with Magic Weapon + True Strike
NOTES:
At low levels when you need to keep distance use Hex w/ EB
If you want a really tanky build pick Dwarf for extra HP and pick Toughness.
If you want more maneuverability Goliath (Cloud)
Great video
Hey, I would like to point out the goliaths ability to reduce damage is great for lowering concentration saves! They make great mages.
Yes, Eldritch love beams please :D .
martial melee allies are also great 'battlefield hazards' to blast enemies into.
Nice editing, new guy.
@@vlogoftea working on the script now! 😉
@@DnDDeepDive Amazing news!
I think this definitely should have been Genie! Especially because you got spell sniper. Then just grab the crusher feat, run next to an enemy, and laugh maniacally as you shoot them sky high!
Boosts the damage with Dao Genie and you get to add fall damage. So much fun.

"can't rip this from me" was also up for grabs as a name
