dude this channel is like the only youtube channel to ever return value to its watchers i hop the tube pays u well khan u deserve every penny and then some
i wish more teachers taught like this. the colors are awesome. its been a long time since i've been in school but this video is great! i wish i had this in school! keep up the good work sir!
Oh, hello fellow student... it seems I was only a mere 2 year old when you commented this; I guess schools brings the internet from old of ages back thogethere.
Thank you so much. I am currently going to an online college, and I haven't taken Algebra in years, watching you go through the problems enables me to better understand what it is that i am doing. thanks again =)
Your use of colour is, in my mind, what stands out between your tutorials and those of others. This video is a good example of what works, though there could still be more colour used in a way that maintained the sensibility, and improved the understanding of students of the material.
Wow thank you soo much this was our next lesson and since now that I learned it in advance I probably wont have any problems with catching up in my class 😁😁 thanks so much
Good Day ! Can I ask permission to use this video on my module content. I wanted to attach the link so that my student can access it and watch for them to have additional examples and explanations. Hope you can notice my comment. Thank you and God Bless!
The method he is using is FOIL (First, Outer, Inner, Last)
hrw
isnt that literally the exact same thing as the distributive property
Ok thanks
@@HappyPlaysWasTaken no its way more stupid and should be banned in schools.
thanks man our teacher didn't really teach us this and still gave it for homework so thank you
Jose A same
Actually I wasn’t just listening ( cus we had to design our notebook so I was busy )
how r u doing now

What my teacher teached us: 1+1=2
Vs
What coms in exam: (a+b)(a+b)
i wish more teachers taught like this. the colors are awesome. its been a long time since i've been in school but this video is great! i wish i had this in school!

Are you alive?

Very easy my friend helped out a lot
Thank you Sir, this is very helpful for my algebra class
In the beginning of the video i was like hold on!! But then i remembered i could pause the video lol XD
Taught me more than my teacher
My teacher told me to watch this...

You're awesome.
Thanks!
you're genuinely so helpful, thank you
Is this for 1st year highschool?
thank you bro for teaching me when my math teacher lectured us on her cats
Lol😂
2bx or not 2bx, that is the question!
Nice video, brings back memories I forgot.
thanks man
Good thing my teacher had your website on the whiteboard for several weeks...
2021, wassup
Thanks for the tip
Very educational! thanks! :)

i love you Sal, ur my hero
Thank god i thought i had no chance of learning this
it the easiest thing ever
thanks khan academy
FOIL !
I love FOIL METHOD
thanks you have more information
Or ...
Step 1 : Square of its first term .
Step 2 : Product of its terms.
Step 3 : Square of its last term.
Simple .
nope.
square the first term.
product of both terms TIMES TWO.
square the last term.
You mean FOIL?
Where's the video on Factor Special Products (Basic)?
Example: x2−d=(x+6)(x+c)
this video of 10 minutes is better than my professor of math like suscribe.
although the same result, 2(3x)(-7) = -42x, i was taught 2[(3x)(-7)] = -42x.
thanks
keep sharing your knowledge
there are many people who needs your hlp keep doing it god bless

Its just like polynomials but instead its binomials which you need to multiply?
Still don't get it but I'll try
how about this cab you solve it (2a-7)(2a-7)
2a(2a-7) = 4a^2 - 14a
-7(2a-7) = -14a + 49
Therefore; 4a^2 - 14a -14a +49 (or 7^2)
= 4a^2 -28a + 7^2

Now i can pass the exam
there are easier methods especially for special products but anyways, thanks!
How about this.... (3-4m)² , (8-3x) (8+3x) , and (2t-1) (t+5) ??
PS: Can you solve this.. pretty please.??
Why do this and not x² + 81?
1:48 it’s actually 81x^2
ı am turkey
K.
You cn also just 9x^2+2(x)(9)+9^2
Hola
My teacher speaks math...
how?
FOIL METHOD AND VERTICAL METHOD AND HORIZONTAL METHOD...
Aww
You can use punnet square method for the first problem.
sal is on tv

@kabooski First Out In Last
hi nerds
foil method will do
I need a vid about special products of polynomials😭
it's on the website khanacademy search for it

You could literally put it in a punnet square lol
yeah then just add
FOIL FTW!

how do you do [x+5] [x-7]
WHAT THE HELL FOIL -_-
How come the FOIL method wasn't used?
Allison Smith He did. He just went STEP BY STEP to further clarify what your multiplying.
Stop repeating words bro :3
what if its 20pm + 4n² + 20pm
will it be 44 n²pm²??
help me please ..please
how to solve this?
(a-11)²
(2b+6)²
(3a²b-2b)²
(3/2mn+2)²
[(x+1)²-5)]²
The last example you did was too fast and didn't make sense [the (a+b)(a-b)]
FOIL method
Welcome to college😂
Hey Whatssup! This is grade 10 bud
@@forthelols552 Whoops! Seventh grade for me 😏😂
For the lols... I'm only grade 8😂
u learn this in 8th grade
how do you do this? 4(x+6)(x−5)
x2 + 1x - 30
x2 = x squared
Joker 4life associative property. distribute the 4 among the first binomial, then distribute that amongst the second binomial
4(x+6)
(4x+24) (x-5)
4x(x-5) = 4x^2 -20x
24(x-5) 24x - 120
= 4x^2 - 20x +24x - 120
= 4x^2 +4x -120
this is literally just the FOIL method in a different name
Wtf is Abab method?!?
