This is exactly what I have been looking for Sir!
I have been looking for tutorials on how to use the model to design the soft jaws work holding for OP-2!
    Thank you so much!

Where can we get the prints for this part to complete this project from scratch, and develop these procedures and techniques to prove out a better understanding ? Thanks in advance ... great stuff ...

Would it be acceptable practice to run a finish profile pass for op 2 without a part loaded and with a -z offset to create clearance for tooling? As mentioned earlier its best to touch off on features of the part rather than the fixture...or does the fixture count as an extension of the part due to the contacts on the holes?

The fixture is fine in this case, and no I would just let the finish pass cut into the fixture in this case assuming we are going to be making multiple parts. I like to set zero on the fixture as vs the top of the part as that will be the same as the part height changes and that the fixture will simulate datum A.

When I click G1 to post the program for milling it doesn’t post anything. Do you know what I’m doing wrong?

Do you have the toolpaths selected?
Are you using a HLE licence?
