As an eagles fan I don’t think we should be the favorites in the nfc since the niners made it last year and have been very good the last few years I think they deserve that spot and people shouldn’t question it however I do believe that the eagles should be considered 1 of their biggest threats based on our roster and being in the Super Bowl the year before them while the lions are a very good team and roster I question if Jared Goff can get them where they need to go I know people are overrating him this season so we’ll see and Green Bay seems like they’ll be a good team but I do not believe they’re roster is as good as the eagles ,lions, or 9ers

Mitchell widely regarded as the best corner in the draft inside for slays last year & CJGJ/blankenship are both proven veterans at S with depth from ringo & Dejean etc. they are objectively light years better in the secondary from last year. They had 9 different guys start at nickel last yr another 6 at safety & bradberry with a blown tire who can’t run anymore. It was horrifying. Hurts led the 2nd ranked offense 2 years ago & last year was 7th… that’s with the coordinators collapse which also addressed. Their offense on paper is top 3 easily. Only real question mark is Devin white & LB core which is much deeper than last year as well. Morrow couldnt make this team & started last year with another guy off the couch. Enjoy the show!

They hired a DC that Miami couldn't get rid of fast enough. Relying on rookie DBs with a likely diminished pass rush, questionable LB. Losing Kelce at C is going to be an immense loss. Hurts isn't gonna magically become a surgical pocket passer, but he clearly doesn't want to run like he did pre-contract. Also a HC that doesn't really do anything besides act like a frat guy on the sidelines. I personally think there's far more questions than optimism. Of course that's just my opinion.

The team is working on the offensive Frontline that needed work on the right side so it will give Brock more time to throw and open the run game more. Last year CMC was a key factor and out played some big receivers like Brandon Aiyuk. Now if the front line is better you will see the difference that Brock will have being able to throw the ball more and Brandon Aiyuk getting more passes. Also our special teams last year was not all that and the new guy parcel can return punts so look at that improving as well. The 49ers will win the firsts 5 games
