Sound absorption panels might help a little with the sound. It's not horrible right now, just noticed the echo. You can even go cheap and just buy some foam from a fabric store.
+Leo Pando there are some panels that can also be used as designs that you can use to creat patterns on the wall... They will also help with the music quality when you work out
keep it simple. depending on your goal but bench, squat deadlift is always a good start. and talk to someone experienced w nutrition. if you can learn as much about nutrition early on youll be in amazing shape when your a little older
Try to do simple exercises at the gym. Cardio is good, and do machines! Try to stay away from free weights if you don't have someone helping you exp a trainer. Don't lift to heavy. And eat the same, just add a little protein shake or bar here and there! Hope this helps:)
