In the central areas of Athens, where most of the city's visitors gather, it is crucial to be cautious of pickpockets. This is a common concern when traveling to large tourist destinations. Pay special attention to the areas around the Acropolis, Plaka, and Monastiraki. Additionally, in the evening, it's advisable to avoid walking from Omonia Square and beyond. In general, Athens is considered one of the safest cities in the world, with a low crime rate. Have a safe and awesome trip! 😎
