I started my new journey as a Probationary Officer in SBI on 3rd July 2023.
I am beyond grateful for every little thing that the God has given me in last one year🙏. I am thankful to my youtube family for the constant support♥️🙏.

Maam need to ask you something regarding sbi clerk promoted to PO after that location will be own state or all india transfer will be given , one of my friend told it will in own state till scale 3

BUT y sab salary to thik h, bhaut log muje bol rhe h k plz do not join it as joining SBI is a one way kyuki aap jab job chhodte ho to kam salary wali job ki talaash krte ho,or job chhodne ka nobat tab aata hai jab excessive workliad hota h!
To plz aap to abhi latest batch h jonhone join kiya hai...muje bataye m real cahllenges kya h jiske baare m log join kene se pehle batate hai!
SBI has a vast customer base. eventually workload will be more as compared to other Banks. But I dont think its impossible to cope up & you will search for less salary jobs, nothing like that. You can strive for more surely. And if you have another job offer in your hand right now then you can go for that also. At last everyone has a different perspective.

@@rkrahulgupta9690 Probation mein itna pressure nehi rehta hai so if you want to prepare for something else , you can do it . But once you are confirmed you will be given a specific job role so it will be difficult but not imposssible.

Caiib additional increment as per 9th jt note implementation के बारेमे video बनाये. 90 days के बाद भी sbi और public sector Bank में arrears अभी तक मिला नहीं
Hello maam i am Prasanto, also selected in this years sbi po , can you pls tell me how to avail 5in1 allowances and why those allowances dont reflect in the salary slip? Did Sbi send that amount directly to the account ?

What is the working hours(real not official) and work environment in north east circle.
10 to 4 for customers not for employees. Working hours of an employee 9.30 to 8 pm sometimes it would be crossed to 9 pm. So think well before joining in any banking sector. By the way I'm working for SBI since 2023 may. Thank u

Prefer practice mock. Oliveboard is good but question level is very hard.

maam there is a lot of negtivity about work pressure and transfer ...kyuki ek time baad life m stablity chahiye hoti h ....maam is wajh se study pr focus nhi ho rha h....and maam leave kitni mil jati h ...family and ghumne k liye k liya time bach pata h kya
Dear pressure to h banking me if u join as a PO... but if u r passionate about banking apka salary pressure ko vanish kardega... So just study hard

@@surbhitripathi240 I always recommend to every girl to join as a clerk.. No such pressure if join as a clerk.. Bas a little bit public dealing & sales target as usual. But in PO you have to deal with pressure from upper authority.

Make a video on what type of perks you get as a SBI PO as per yearly basis and monthly basis or even quarterly like interet bill, petrol , entertainment etc ??
Can you explain me more about Lfc/Htc , which is SBI PO employee and his /her dependent family member get paid for their travelling or tours like you will go to kerala or Gujrat then sbi bank will pay for your major amount of money or whole tour expenses around once in a 2-3 years per person of your family ??

Ma'am what about SBI internal wage revision?? Did it happen in 12th bipartite settlement or not?? What about the increments in perks of SBI PO after implementing 12th bipartite settlement successfully.... Please make a dedicated video on those aforesaid topics- Thank you ❤😊😊

@@paramitadas4909 A news in circulation about the enhancement in Perks of SBI after implementing the 12th Bipartite. It is in revolving in news that SBI made 2-3% increment in perks of SBI PO apart from the enhancement of salary in 12th BPS @17%. Does it not happen in SBI that it revises it's perks after implementing every BPS positively?? A meeting regarding the augmentation of perks in the cadre of SBI PO was held few months ago. Please confirm the news & share with us as it is.- Thank you ❤️🥰

net pay around 70k. allowance is separate it doesnt come in the salary slip
