I opened so many 2017 Optic Retail boxes that were on clearance for $14.99 back in 2018.Used to be thrilled to sell the Mahomes Pinks for $35! Now I just cry about it all the time.

@arodyanksfan could be worse bro! I always wanted to pull a Mohomes rc and i finally did a little over two years ago! Pulled his pink optic, only to make the worst trade in the history of sports cards! I traded that Mahomes pink optic rc for a Mac Jones orange parallel auto! To make matters even worse, i sent that Jones in to get graded with a Brady 4/5 only for it to get lost in the mail. So, yea! That was the worst trade ever in the history of sports card!!! 🤦🏻♂️

So I won a ‘17 optic mega from a break awhile back. The most fun I’ve ever had rippin. No patty but cooper cupp and fornette RR’s. Definitely an exciting box

The goal is to pull a parallel mahomes, the base mahomes would be awesome to pull too. And ultimately, I’ve never opened a 2017 box chasing Mahomes so there was a ton of fun-value there

Megas yield the most rookies in 2017 Donruss. Seen lots of retail openings. The value packs are probably the roughest rip. Mahomes rookies are really hard to pull. Just make sure to stay away from the optic value packs for 2017. Saw a guy open 36 packs with nothing to show for it.
I bought a 2017 retail box in 2018 for 120. i got one optic RR mahomie in 24 packs. It was a tough pull in retail.
I must be super lucky I pulled a Mahomes was the 4th (final card)
