Thank you so much for making these videos!! I’m thirteen and I’ve been dealing with this my entire life, and I always thought I was alone and that it was my fault. It feels so amazing that other people share the same experiences as me. Thank you so much :)
You have such a beautiful spirit! Thanks again for talking about this. I suffered a whole lifetime with this condition, so your videos really hit home with me. Love and blessings to you!
Laura masters, you are an absolute legend! I have suffered with urge incontinence to a greater or lesser extent all my life. I'm 35 now and the problem is bad enough for me to need to wear significant protection, esp at night. I love your honesty and can absolutely relate to everything you're saying. I have the extreme anxiety too regarding always needing to know where a toilet is etc. I found university an absolute nightmare regarding this, esp washing my bedding in shared laundry rooms. It makes me sad you've experienced bullying to such an extent. It breaks my heart as you're such a great girl!
Apologies for the late reply, thank you so much for your comment and support. I hope you are able to manage your incontinence a bit better since this time you commented. Much love
I love the videos its great to know I'm not the only one! Iv suffered from it since a very early age as well and went to the doctors when I was in year 9. I ended up having a ultra sound scan and they found nothing wrong with my bladder and they didn't reference me to anyone else. I also do trampolining three times as week and there is no problem there it is literally just when someone makes me laugh. I end up wearing pads ever day just so no one will know. It I literally the most annoying thing ever. I thought there wasn't a cure or a strategy to help me. My GP literally just said do pelvic floor exercises. Thank you so much for the videos they have really helped! Didn't know caffeine weakens the bladder and will try to drink more water now 😊 xx

Many thanks for sharing your experience! If I really like a pair of pants, I would buy two of them so I can carry the second one as a spare and nobody will notice if I have to change. I also often wear a dark short tube style skirt over the pants. It is quite odd, but with that trick nobody will notice I am wearing a pad or if the pants get wet. I always have wet wipes with me when I can't take a shower.
I have the same thing, have you told your mom? I'm scared to tell mine... should I tell her or just keep doing this the way I am now in hopes it will go away
+Holly Vaught I really would suggest you tell someone, your mum especially, as she can be there to support you through it. As far as I am aware it does not go away on its own so I strongly suggest you reach out to others who can help you - good luck ♥
+Laura Masters thank you so much ❤ I just don't know anyone else that has this and I feel so alone on this cause no one knows and I wanna talk about it but I feel like I'm not ready and I feel so embarrassed by this. But thank you for your advice I just know I have it cause I researched it.
Holly Vaught I understand how you must be feeling - growing up with this I felt very alone and isolated by this but by reaching out to others it can get better. I know you may not want to talk to others about it but the longer you leave it the more it will affect your thinking and will bring you down a lot. x
I find no reason to think you are any less beautiful than any other lady on earth, I think alot more of them can relate than anyone lets on, so it's childish to make anyone who does feel bad about it. Nothing wrong with peein your pants, some of the most beautiful ladies do and think they've got nobody who wants to love them.

Hi Sandra, apologies for the very late reply, thank you so much for the advice! :)
Pls tell me how your prb started? Pls answer
I have had giggling incontinence for as long as I can remember. I had it as a child and never grew out of it.
