    Great Video! Could you please indicate me if you have a video or you know a video on how to change the fuse for exactly the same fisherprice powerwheels car you used in this video?

    What bench charger are you using in this video?

    • @Aggressivefun
      @Aggressivefun  5 месяцев назад

      It's a BK Precision 1760. Any benchtop DC power supply will work with current limiting and ability to do 14Vdc. Thanks for watching!

    Great video! What could i pick up a supply like this for?

    • @Aggressivefun
      @Aggressivefun  4 года назад

      Thanks! This supply is an older model that you can't purchase new any longer. Sometimes you can get them used off of eBay for $200-$300. A new model off Amazon (amzn.to/2O41BUX) is $412. Or you can get a single DC supply with the same operation/specifications for under $100. A very useful supply to have.

      Would a car battery charger that charges at 2 A 12 V charge the battery up enough to get the charger to work again?

    my guess is the Chargers keep track of the Cycles on the Batteries and give that message at a certain amount somewhat similiar to how Printers and the refill Ink Cartridges Communicate and tell you to buy a new Cartridge even if it is still have Ink Power Wheels are marking those Batteries up a lot on EBay there are Comprable Batteries retailed and shipped to your home for $39.00 grant you they do not have the Power Wheels quick Connect terminal on them but they do have 2 male Spades on them good thing to know ,thankyou many years ago i lived inSouthFlorida and i worked for a small Marine Repair Company that had a Account withInterstate Batteries , and i got to know some of their Employees there and was allowed to purchase my ownBatteries for cash at the Wholesale prices i asked them if their battery was as good as the Sears Diehard brand and they all laughed as they explained that Interstate at that time 1970s was the only company that made Batteries and all the other Brands was just a Marketing thing they did for the Major Retailers and AutoParts stores at that time a Diehard at Sears was about a hundred dollars but the Interstate one was only 30 so i learned a valueable lesson at bout RetailMarkup at a fairly young age of course these days we have China making almost everything and rebranding them to whoever pays the most i read somewhere a while ago things like Electric Toasters , all the individualCells for ToolBattery packs ,Sewing Machines,VacumnCleaners,and some other Products are all made in one Factory and rebranded with numerous names and Brands for different Customers and sometimes with different standards of Quality Control or Materials but still built by the same people and tooling

      Don't get me started on ink cartridges! I had a brand new HP ink cartridge that was new out of the box and wouldn't print even once due to an "expired" electronic notification. Solved that by using Epson EcoTank printers that don't use cartridges. I don't think that is the case with these batteries/charges but who knows!?

      Could the battery have gotten really cold during the winter? Any chance it might have frozen while discharged? Those conditions can be really hard on these batteries.

      How old is your battery? Did it happen to go through a cold winter uncharged and maybe it froze? You may need a new battery.

    I charged my battery & it started bubbling is that normal?

    • @Aggressivefun
      @Aggressivefun  3 года назад

      No, bubbling is not allowed! My guess is that your battery is bad.

      Sometimes the chargers go bad, like mine, but they usually fail with no charging rather than overcharging the battery. The battery is usually the weak link. Thanks for watching!

    Question. My battery is showing 11.5 volts. The non smart charger is charging at 13.5 volts. But the power wheels jeep still doesn’t have enough power to go. It tries, but it’s like it has the voltage but not the amperage. The Jeep works fine with the neighbors power wheels battery. Any ideas?

      I've found that if the battery goes through a cold winter discharged, it can really diminish its ability to recharge fully or even make it fail. Just a possibility.
