    I know I am coming in on this late but thank you for posting this video. I have both the Artec Spider and Eva scanners. It is good to see the setup others use when scanning their items. It was especially good to see you do it without photogrammetry. I have used the Eva to capture items as big as pickup trucks but still have not leveraged the Spider with any success. I will try again based on this excellent example. Thanks again for posting.

    We use the Faro Focus for large manufacturing plant scans for work, my 2mm accuracy is stone age compared to this! Haha very cool!

      Thanks, Matt! The Artec Space Spider has an accuracy of up to 0.05mm which is great for metrology and reverse engineering applications.
