Do the movie STRIPES. Apocalypse Now, the Attack scenes. Patton movies, that they do about him. Francis Ford Coppola did the Patton movie right before Apocalypse Now.
I watched Under Siege years ago with a bunch of cooks from one of the finest cooking schools in the World, The Basque Culinary Centre, and that went NUTS, you couldn't hear the dialogues because of the laughter (and the shouting every time Erika Eleniak appeared). Next day they were all throwing knives to a piece of wood hanging on a wall in the Centre.
Guy playing the seal officer in the pentagon scenes in under siege is Dale Dye, a Marine Captain and ,Vietnam veteran, who went on to become a tecjnical advisor and actor in hollywood. He was technical advisor on platoon, band of beothers and the Pacific He also acted in several films and tv serise playing General Robert Sink in Band of Brothers, captain harris in Platoon and sevaral other films
When Busey sticks the thing through the freezer door lock, that won't actually stop you opening the door from inside. A door like that will always be openable from inside even if the door is locked from the outside. It's a basic safety thing.
I'm an 80s baby so NAVY SEALs with Charlie Sheen was a classic. I use to want be a sniper when I was little so "God" with his thermal scope was like the coolest thing I remember seeing back than haha. Yup, the stripper and was also on Baywatch. Heal toe walking was developed by Native Americans...I believe as you step you also roll your foot to help minimize noise.
“Walks around with an air if confidence”😂😂 So this navy seal either watched Seagal movies or is a fan of Jason Brant’s channel and so subtly dropped that quote!
In the conference room scene, the officer to the left of the officer who talks to Seagal was the First Lieutenant on the USS Camden (AOE-2) when I was on that ship 1989 - 1992. I believe he bought a forest green Jaguar X1J with the loot he got for playing that silent part.
You mean to THE RIGHT of the "Admiral" talking?? To *OUR left? "To the left of," as you said, was a Female officer. To her immediate left was Dale Dye (Capt with SEAL Trident). USMC officer irl.
In response to the Annapolis scene... I told my RDC my mother made me do more push ups as a kid when I was at week 4 in great lakes RTC. I had to push the earth for 24hrs. Last I checked I still hold the record for most pushups in a single day.
I never comment on these, but I would like to see nick and Andy talking shit to each other sitting across stonefaced. A couple of „debate“ rounds, whoever laughs at the insults or flatteringcomments gets a punishment chosen by the opponent. New roast battle ruleset
It would be cool to see them get accouple of groups of vets as teams and do paintball in a forest or something against each other all at cones like 4 teams for corner spawns or something moving through a village or open areas
As an old school regular type squid I'm in awe of the sacrifices these 2 young frogmen made for all of us. Congrats for being successful in the teams and as CEOs.
Your 2 FNGs did a great job with their comments, very typical of the Teams - well done on that. Marcus did show his lack of CQB History at approx 7.55 mark. When we first did our CQB with our 686's (also with the MP5s) that is how we did it. None gun hand came up, 686 tucked into your side as you went through the door - thought was, if someone was right next to the door, they would grab your arm. If a hostage, smack and control - if a terrorist, double tap gut. Once clear of the door, then extend. Again the comments were spot on for Team guys, very funny. I do miss that. Well done r/W5
So “Nick Norris, spent about 10.5 years in the SEAL team.” And, luckily, will hit puberty in about 2 years time. Seriously, mate, the guy looks like a high schooler! Lucky bastard.
These guys are great, would be awesome if some movies where they got stuff right - or at least made an EFFORT to get things right - would be reviewed also!
Mr. Norris and Mr. Capone were great guests, really enjoyed their commentary. Good stuff. Also spoiler, Gary B's death in Point Break blows, but it's made up for in his underrated performances in Silver Bullet and Eye of the Tiger.
Question out of genuine curiosity. In Undersiege when ryback goes through the bulk head with his left hand raised next to the doorway, and his pistol in the right hand, isn't that weapons retention in case an X-ray is right behind that corner waiting?
Holding cover in his left hand- while turning the wheel that steers the boat by aiming the prop the direction you turn the wheel, while the motor isn't running...
I JUST watched Under Siege like two days ago. The rogue CIA trope is interesting, but Tommy Lee Jones was a wildly underutilized character actor in the 90’s. Between this and Natural Born Killers, he’s a great villain.
The guy had range. He also played a good crazed villain in a little ’80s movie called "The Park is Mine." And he was great as an Ex-IRA demolitions expert in "Blown Away." So there's two more villain roles of Tommy Lee Jones that you probably never heard of. Check them out.
Did I hear correctly that Marcus Capone went to Southern Illinois. Was that the young man chasing Cougars (Edwardsville) or the skinny Egyptian dog, aka Salukis (Carbondale) 🤣 I went to Carbondale, graduated 1993.
Thanks. This video gave a better idea about Hollywood movies. But I did actually missed your opinion about the kali/escrima knife fight between Tommy Lee Jones and Steven Seagal. Again, thanks a lot.
Solid Roast!!! Enjoy brother! Hopefully you are taking advantage of getting that Murdered Out through the Coffee Club, and the FREE SHIPPING!! www.blackriflecoffee.com/pages/coffee-club
Freaking coolest names ever! I’d love to have been the recruiter when they came in to join! I bet he said GTF outta here, the civil air patrol is around the corner
What movies should we react to next?
Major Payne
Hot Shots
Escape from New York, Escape from L.A., The Thing, Assault on Precinct 13, Ghosts of Mars, They Live.
Basically a John Carpenter fest.
"Monster" movies? Like Anaconda, jaws, alien, or any of those sorts of movies.
To bad this wasn't longer. Nick and Marcus were great. You should definitely have them back!
Don't knock knives, remember "the enemy can not press a button if you disable his hand"
They can still use their nose 😂
MEDIC!
Deep deep that Drill Sergeant really loved and cared about his recruits. It was done out of tough love. Lol

He was technical advisor on platoon, band of beothers and the Pacific
He also acted in several films and tv serise playing General Robert Sink in Band of Brothers, captain harris in Platoon and sevaral other films
Also played an Army O-5 - a part he was clearly too old to play - nearly 25 years later in Seagal’s “Sniper: Special Ops.”
Seagal is a plank owner of Meal Team 6.
That "SEAL Admiral" was Capt. Dale Dye. A Marine and a Vietnam War veteran.
Hes been in a lot of movies as a military officer. Platoon, Band of Brothers, Starship Troopers, and others
You mean "SEAL *Captain."
According to his uniform rank.
And he’s pretty great in everything.
@@demonfox0958 you forgot RANGE 15!!!
@@TheFawkdaddy never heard of that one! I see on IMDB that Marcus Luttrell is in it!
Greatest fictional SEAL of all time: Clark from the Clancy series. Y/N?
Jack Carr might argue Lieutenant Commander James Reece from The Terminal List... just saying.
@@BlackRifleCoffeeCompany "Best ever fictional SEAL" Sounds like a good premise for a future episode 🙂Love the content!!!
We like your way of thinking@@baghdaddymike6669
Without Remorse is one of the best Clancy novels. Chavez may be best fictional Ranger as well.
Oh both choices now. Great choices. Giving Clark the edge, only cause Reece is new era. That just means more to come to me.
When Busey sticks the thing through the freezer door lock, that won't actually stop you opening the door from inside. A door like that will always be openable from inside even if the door is locked from the outside. It's a basic safety thing.
It's was on the Battleship Texas, there was no inside open, the latch they used in the movie was a prop attachment
Marcus and his wife are doing excellent things for veterans 🇺🇸
As a Seabee the only interaction I had with seals was opening a can of Copenhagen for one and building 4hole burnouts
They picked the tallest and shortest SEALs. Marcus & Nick have the Schwarzenegger & Devito TWINS thing going on! 🤙🏻
Under Siege showed me that Tommy Lee Jones and Gary busey can really cut loose with their roles.
Tommy Lee Jones’ role in Natural Born Killers is my personal favorite. So unhinged and wildly hilarious.
Dude, they were LAUGHING when TLJ was on the phone with the Pentagon. You can see Busey and Colm trying SO hard not to laugh in that scene.
The sarcasm was beyond perfect
I'm an 80s baby so NAVY SEALs with Charlie Sheen was a classic. @4:46 "We spent a whole day at BUDS at the range throwing knives" Best line in the video .
In the conference room scene, the officer to the left of the officer who talks to Seagal was the First Lieutenant on the USS Camden (AOE-2) when I was on that ship 1989 - 1992. I believe he bought a forest green Jaguar X1J with the loot he got for playing that silent part.

@@wadewilson8011 To "our left".
Navy Seal Seagal was on the DVD cover wearing a US Navy Admirals uniform. A German Goering tunic now fits him better.
or a black moo moo!
In his later movies he got upgraded from Navy SEAL to Walrus.
6:57 - That's Dale Dye, well-known military advisor to movies and actor. He was in Private Ryan and other war movies.
In response to the Annapolis scene... I told my RDC my mother made me do more push ups as a kid when I was at week 4 in great lakes RTC. I had to push the earth for 24hrs. Last I checked I still hold the record for most pushups in a single day.
Marcus looks like he still does boats on heads.
That neck is wild.
The exercise plugging holes, is called the Marlin Spike.
"Cat shit one" a short anime with tactical bunnies, rifles, and terrorist camels. What more can I say?
Hmm... can't wait to see the search history now. 🤔

Seals vs Rangers vs Marines vs JTACs all out king of the hill domination
No
As an old school regular type squid I'm in awe of the sacrifices these 2 young frogmen made for all of us. Congrats for being successful in the teams and as CEOs.
That middle dude, I would never in my life confuse him with a Navy Seal. I could easily see him selling phones at AT&T.
Two Tier 2 operatives with Tier 1 sarcasm. I love it!
Marcus was with Devgru…
Love the break off to Andy talking shit. I could just listen to him knocking movies straight.
The amount of sarcasm is amazing guys keep up the good work
Loved this. Can’t watch a military movie and take it serious after 31 years of service. You guys are great.
have these guys on again they are hilarious!
Love way the officer happy to belittle himself
All seals seem like genuine badass’ that happy to mock themselves
I loved this episode. It was great.
Love to see you do a reaction video to the "Odd Angry Shot"
I grew up with Nick Norris. Great man.
"Those weapons aren't good at 25 yards." Fantastic. He earned a guest host spot on *Messy Times* for that alone! And the psychedelics.
Excellent commentary. Thx dudes!
I’d love to see a review of Under Siege 2, Dark Territory and as a guest possibly Dennis Chalker
Definitely need a Nick and Andy episode.

Awesome segment, interestingly Capone was also in devgru too
“Harder than BUDS”, I spit my beer out on that one 🤣
That was funny as hell, need more. 🤣
USS Buttercup at NAS/NOB was our training for a sinking ship. It was a building with an indoor mockup that floods.

Ahhh gotta love Seagal!! Wanted to be him growing up!! Love the sarcasm though lol.
man i wish these were like the whole movie length. just imagine all the cut stuff they say

You guys missed the best part of Under Siege, when the guy says “I do laundry, I was ironing during the gulf war” 😂😂
Woah they land a man like Marcus in this episode. Good catch on them 🔥❤️
apparently the biggest reason to become a navy seal these days is to launch your social media influencer career?
An the Beverly Hillbillies movie, do not forget her work on this or Bordello of Blood.
Marcus roasting Nick was awesome!
That was Capt. Dale Dye USMC Ret. Dressed as a Seal Officer when you guys were talking about ribbons on the two officers doing nothing.
