Hai madam dosa ellam adipoli. But sadya very much adipoli. Ippo thanne oru sadya kazhikkan thonnuunnu. Enthayalum nale ente mootha molum kunjum husbandum varum . Onathinu polum vannilla appol nale theerchayayum oru sadya undakkam. Pettennu onam ormapeduthiyathinu oru big hai.

Hearing about this dosa joint for the first time. I don't think it was there when I used to stay in Trivandrum till 1980s (BTW I am from Trivandrum & Trivandrum is my home town). Must make it a point to visit this place during my next visit.

Firstly food quality is good..... I agree it....
Madam-Normal people don't get good customer service like you get.....
But I had few bad experience from Mothers Veg plaza today.....
.... Went today morning around 9am and ask for Dosa as parcel but the hotel person who takes parcel orders, told that Dosa not available as chef is on leave. Wondering whether they are dependent on one person for Dosa items even though in your video they say more people for dosa items cooking?
.... I felt that as a kiddish excuse from a hotel which is famous for dosa items
.... Since dosa is not available I have ordered Poori and idle one set and parcel person told it takes 10 mins for making the parcel ready.
..... I waited for almost 45mins and in between I ask him about my parcel twice and he responded rudely that, will bring to you once ready with a tone that intent like don't ask until he brings
..... another person who ordered parcel also enquired in between then parcel person told poori is not ready so it will takes some more time
..... but during these 45 mins few people came in for food and they got these similar items, they had and went but still we didn't get our parcel
..... one mistake I did was I have paid the bill amount on the time when I ordered otherwise I could have cancel the order....
After 45mins when I ask to refund my money, in 5 mins they brought my parcel.... when I asked for delay he gave a response that both are 2 departments which is the delay for parcel.... I am wondering like are we people, who take parcel are not giving money for parcel, to get these kind of delayed service.....
This is poor customer service from a famous hotel..... Really disappointed and very pathetic response from hotel persons....
..... Another thing is when I open my parcel I have noticed that they didn't provide masala for poori.... which they charged Rs.60 for 3 pooris, which was really frustrating after getting the parcel waited for almost 1 hour.....
.... funny part is the hotel was not at all having rush as only less than 40% tables were filled during these 1 hour of getting my parcel time....
As I said at first, food quality is really good but the need to work on improving customer service as even I saw the parcel person was scolding few swigging delivery boys in between for some reasons.....
