    WAOW HANNAH I LOVE IT!!!! Even I'm on fasting and begin to feel weak(just a glass of vegetables juice by day!), the Qigong made me feel so much better! I have more energy, and it's so wonderful!!! For me it was too short, but I am grateful to Nga Tran to offer us that opportunity to discover that discipline which made me One with everything around me. I am sensitive with vibes and those exercises gave possibilities to feel my entire body and it was great! Thank you sweet Hannah, and have a great weekend! Namaste.

    I’ve not ever done this type of exercise before. Thought it was great actually. Would love to do more.

    Wonderful idea ! I tried tai chi last week and it is great to alternate with pilate.

      I was surprised for what I felt after this workout (in a good way). I would do it again if my friend lives in the same city with me :)
