WAOW HANNAH I LOVE IT!!!! Even I'm on fasting and begin to feel weak(just a glass of vegetables juice by day!), the Qigong made me feel so much better! I have more energy, and it's so wonderful!!! For me it was too short, but I am grateful to Nga Tran to offer us that opportunity to discover that discipline which made me One with everything around me.
