He will be so pleased, and to be honest, so will I. lol I think I will also make a batch for the freezer just in case...

Yes to the bacon (bacon and cheese make everything better), but I think it would also be good either with chopped olives, or molded around a whole olive. I'm not a fan of chicken wings, so I thank you for your other recipes, although I think I could adapt your wing recipes to use on chicken thighs, breasts, or tenders. Love love LOVE your channel, your recipes, your editing and delivery! And I especially love it that you bring your dishes "to the front of the congregation." 😂
