George they can do so much more with Cancer ♋️ and I think and pray for you all the time to be better and cancer free. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer in 2023 and lost my right kidney. My urologist said I’ve been doing this along time and have never seen it grow inside someone’s kidney instead of outside into what ur dealing with and then they found cancer cells in my bladder, so I can really feel your amazing attitude and It’s all about the team of doctors and the amazing doctors that it sounds like that are by your side. Something you may want to consider, I have been seeing articles about insurance companies denying insurance to homes with foam insulation in the UK, etc. Mentioning that it may start happening here as well. You might want to consider that for your insulation plans. I do know of a few issues it causes, like wiring can overheat, that if gives off poisonous fumes in a fire, and a few other things, so check it out so you can make your best and wisest choice.

I think you will regret if you don’t run the wires to put a TV in your bathroom. I have an Outdoors TV on my patio, in the kitchen, garage, bedrooms, den, and in both bathrooms. In both bathroom I have them up in the corner out of the way. So in the tub or the shower, you can see it. You should just run the wires and have them there in case you change your mind later on. 👍🏾📺

I'm so glad for you that you are building your own house, far cheaper in the long run than a shed build. Shame about no TV in the bathroom..Even a tiny 32" hung up on the wall is better than a blank wall...Looking forward to the electrical finish and the beginning of spray foam! I'm sitting here in NE Ohio, 67 in the house, heater going at my knee and hands are cold..yet there you are sweating up a storm in your Texas attic...🤣🤣
The house is coming along great. I disagree on skip a TV in the bathroom. I have chronic pain and spend a couple hours soaking in my Jett tub almost everyday. My laptop don't like the steam in the bathroom. So my husband sunk a 20 inch tv into the wall and covered it with plexy glass to protect it. Now, I don't watch tv, but I Bluetooth my phone to the tv for videos on RUclips and music. You could do the same before closing up your walls.
I love how the time-lapse of Jared's hammering the coaxial cable sounded like Woody Woodpecker. I was half expecting to hear him do Woody's laugh! 😆😂🤣😅😆 Seriously, though, the men folk are making good progress on the house 😊
Okay guys. Y'all do anything hot tub and TV. Yes that's going to be a good kickback outside in the spring and summer. Well actually in the winter when it's cold get in a hot tub😂

I see you running all that coax cable, may I suggest, since you still have all the walls open, you run a cat6 Ethernet cable also to each TV from whatever location you are putting your router! You may thank me down the road! I am assuming you are still using cable for your TV service channels with a box at each TV from your local company and not just using the internet! In my house I no longer use coax cable....I have an ethernet cable connected from Verizon FiOS box outside, I just get internet and ran Ethernet cables to all my TVs with no Verizon TV boxes, just a main router that I can use plugged in with Ethernet or wireless and did away with coax! If you have smart TVs you don't even need a box with Ethernet and internet only! Yes I used to install cable and Internet so I am not totally insane ...lol! Anyway, if you have any questions I'll do what can to answer them!
On the outside disconnect box you did not mention whether it was fusible or non-fusible. It it is fused then be sure to use slo-blow fuses rated according to the condensing units recommendation. and fused for each line out to the unit. Not the ground wire tho.
Everywhere you run coax, I would run a Cat5e or Cat6 as well with them all home runned and landing in a single location where any router will be going and run 2 Cat5e's or Cat6's out to the outside by the electrical connections. If you ever get Fiber out there, you'll thank me.

You should think about runnning CAT6 cabling to where your TVs will be and to any areas where you may want to mount security cameras.
