Don't bother with another brand. This bag is built like a tank and is worth every penny. Go with another bag and you'll replace it every 6-12 months. Trust me.

The small pockets I believe was made for exactly like you said. Keep the carabiners on the lower loop to lock in your zippers and use a Velcro tie to secure the top section of the iPad holder. This sets your gear flush with the pocket. By making both sides similar, you could place it either side.

@@renatomotha6018 Yea probably not, it's a PDF reader, so you have to import music. You could use something like OnSong or the UltimateGuitar app. Both will work well for you!
It doesn't last too long. It's perfect for loading things into your car, etc. But if you plan on walking with it a lot back and forth from rehearsal it will rip after a year.

The Gator case for $179 is way more tanklike and cool, sorry. It’s nice but no way I’m paying for that bag.
@@justinTime077 For sure, a Gator is much better if you're doing a lot of travel. Maybe overkill for most though, myself included.
