RONNIE ALCANO vs MIKA IMMONEN - 2008 US Open 9-Ball Finals

The 2008 US Open 9-Ball Championship came down to two men, Mika Immonen and Ronnie Alcano. Both of these players had runner-up finishes at the US Open on their resumes, but were both looking for their first US Open wins.
Immonen, the pride of Finland, was still hurting from his loss in the 2001 US Open finals. He came into this event with a handful of title wins and an impressive second place finish at the World Pool Masters.
Alcano, just two years past his World 9-Ball Championship was looking to better his runner-up finish in the 2007 US Open 9-Ball.
