I does depend on the consulate but the average is over 4k per month in income or 73K in the bank or assets for most consulates. TTemporal/ Temporary Residency Proof of income starting at $2,530 USD a month at some consulates and up to $4,670 USD a month for the past 6 months. Most consulates only require 6 months of bank statements, while others want a full year back. (Or Proof of Savings/Investments starting at $42,164 USD and up to $77,800 USD in Savings or Investments for 12 months.Or Proof of home ownership in Mexico worth at least $553,000 USD. Best resource is the Mexico Relocation Guide.

This depends on the country. Some are gross (such as Spain) while others are net.

You can obtain Spanish citizenship through naturalization after living in the country for at least 10 years
Do i must not leave Lativia in order to get permanent residency and citizenship?
There is a minimum stay requirement (usually 183 days out of the year) It must be your primary residence
