What’s insanity is hiring coaches who need “on the job training”. 3 out of the last 4 coaching hires have all needed on the job training. Need to spend the $$ and hire a guy that is a proven winner at a power 5 school!

Maybe Napier has a garbage staff so he can't be as easily fired. Most coaching staffs have someone capable of taking over, but I don't see that at Florida--maybe Gonzales?-- because Napier's staff is so weak. Yeah, I'm on the "fire-fire-fire" train. I wanted Napier gone after last season. Florida is a lot closer to Samford than they are Miami and A&M and light-years from UGA, Ole Miss, Tennessee, etc. This has been an abject disaster. UF doesn't have a competent head coach, staff or enough talent. The players have not been developed. Their schemes are vanilla, predictable and boring. This is bad football. I would not wait until the end of the season to dismiss Napier.
I am not concerned about recruiting or losing recruits. IF Florida hires the Right guy to Coach, the recruits will appear…
