    I love seeing other people's grimoires. It can tell you so much about the witch in question. What aesthetic they adhere to, what they value in their craft, if they're the sort that likes organization or does their book without a rhyme or reason...

    You are off to a great start! Beautiful work, too! Don't let anyone tell you that you are doing it wrong. If something from your life is meaningful then use it, if not then discard it. I use my rosary, sometimes as a rosary, sometimes I use the 5 decades as gratitude prayer beads, and each section I assign a different theme, for lack of a better word, to find 10 things to be thankful for.

    I absolutely LOVE the glitter ✨ on the inside cover too! I will purposely add gold glitter to the inside of my white pleather A5 travelers notebook that I will be using! It’s fun to be different & add our own unique touches to our notebooks! Thanks for sharing yours... you gave me a few ideas I would like to incorporate into my book! 💜🙂

    I have to support the Catholic faith as a real beautiful one, most of it. I was also raise Catholic and remember going to church with my grandma as a little child. My grandma prayed a lot with the Rosery and used to handmake gorgeous ones. She even made them for prisoners. Anyways my nana passed away and my dad knew how close I was to her I was given her antique altar cross which is a gorgeous wooden cross which slides open and inside it stores a cute tiny bottle of holy water & it has a cross on it, 2 candles that blessed, and a cotton & silk altar cloth to set the cross on and it turns into a stand. You can search altar crosses and the antique ones like mine are expensive, but my point is I keep it on my altar now with other Catholic items and relics handed down to me. I'm far from ashamed of them and anyome who wants to judge me for having them on my altar can shove it, lol. Right on you to sticking with your roots.

      Serena Bee Creative You started following us witches? That's honestly pretty interesting. I see a lot of hate comments and other things on these videos. A good way to learn is to pick up a few books. I personally recommend Wicca for Beginners written by Thea Sabin. It was my first introduction to magic 6 or so years ago.

    It's okay, you can be a Christian witch. You can believe a portion of Christian beliefs, that you feel in your heart are true...you can believe and implement lets say some Native American religious beliefs that you feel in your heart are true...actually a lot of witchery is Native American herbs and etc...and rituals. Do not let anyone set your beliefs for you. No one has all of the answers. And spirituality is a very personal journey for each individual in life to navigate. It is up to each one us, to find our way and figure out what we believe in, and what we do not. Hugs..

      not to make anyone feel bad, but even the guy from the Bible... forget his name, says "no one can follow two masters. You will eventually betray the one for the other."
      Then again, I take magick seriously. No, I don't have a grimoire.

    Gorgeous! After years of experimenting with different types of grimoires I finally settled on a trifold travelers notebook. It's a big chunky one and now I'm on transferring all the stuff I've got written in various notebooks scattered about everywhere lol. Unfortunately I'm not arty at all so the decorating won't be upto much. I love the modpodged plants, I never thought of that! Your work is beautiful 😍

    This is so cute and fun! ^^ I am definitely going to try this (the water colouring is so pretty)! But I have a little note: "smudging" is a very specific word for certain Native American rituals. So unless you are NA and doing that particular thing, you mean to say "smoke cleanse" when you light sage and cleanse the room/energy :) (please take this the wrong way but I feel like it is important thing to know) Keep up the great work, your garden grimoire is an amazing idea!

    I am an eclectic solitary witch, I love magic and everything also I would like to add that I work with the Virgin Mary and arch Angel Michael as well, I absolutely adore catholic anything and though I was not baptized Catholic I love Catholic churches and in my culture Catholicism is huge and a lot of people use magic while being Catholic

    • @TheAilaS
      @TheAilaS 6 лет назад

      MsFantasEYES you work with archangel Michael???🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 . Do you know he works for God, and witches have no place in heaven.

    • @OtakuOujo
      @OtakuOujo 5 лет назад

      @@TheAilaS there are lots of people that used magic in heaven, troll. they may not have embraced the label "witch" but they did many of the things are seen as "witchy" today. The saints just understood that their gifts of prophecy, healing and other magics came from God. Take a look at some saint lives and see how many were known as wonder workers and/or having great gifts of healing or prophecy. and Yes, I'm Catholic and practice magic.

    • @TheAilaS
      @TheAilaS 5 лет назад

      KaizokuOujo The troll is the face you see in the mirror every day.
      Read the bible. You clearly dont know the difference between witch and propheth.

    • @OtakuOujo
      @OtakuOujo 5 лет назад

      @@TheAilaS the evolution of language: in the modern era the word "witch" is used for anyone that practices magic. Now if you dont like label that then that's a different discussion but don't be so foolish as to think no Christian ever used magic. Medieval clergy were necromancers for crying out loud. But on the more acceptable side - like I said many saints practiced what we would call magic today and they never saw it as illicit or anything like that so why should I? I who am no saint.
