I don’t understand Danish but somehow it doesn’t matter. It’s even more beautiful to me, than her english ´you and I’. And this version is the most incredible one for me.
She talks about her having two jobs, struggling to make it in the music business and still having a regular job on the side. She was on her way up in the music business.. going out on the weekends, taking drugs/drinking ( she doesn’t mention her doing drugs here *only people* , but we all know she did it ) She talks about being in a dark place at that time in her life…She talks about her sitting in the corner, a little bit shy even though people doesn’t think she seems that way, watching people jumping in couches with big champagne bottles and money all around… And she felt empty inside & she reminds herself that she could easily have avoided 9 out of 10 trips to the clubs at that time in her life.
