I have loved your videos for years. I admire how you have nurtured the land and created a peaceful haven for yourself and your creatures. The bird song reflects the happy that exists.
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cottage the good Lord trusted you to steward. I'm 68 and just bought a 50x100 lot with a double wide and am trying so hard to transform it into a cottage and garden. I'm praying my health does not fail...blessings from the 🇺🇸 USA.❤😊
You can do it one day at a time. Don't stress. Don't overwork yourself. Take the time to savor your progress. And, don't hesitate to ask for help when you need it. I am 70. I live in a development. I don't have a big yard. But, I have two flower beds and a container garten on my patio for veggies and strawberries. Blessings to you.
I'm 68 heart attack survivor and fell 15 feet from a tree stand last Nov with broken ribs, vertabrae, dislocated shoulder and disc issues. I'm still gardening even through the discomfort. Hang in there and pray daily 😊
You have worked incredibly hard and made the most beautiful wildlife haven. A joy for you and little Patsy and all other creatures.❤. Just a little side note, I believe what you called chinese forget-me-not is actually green alkonet.
Greetings Colette, I happened along your path quite happily! First, what a blessing to me and others that you chose to share your life of beauty, solitude, and nature! Second, I believe I’ve found a woman much like myself! Age 62, retired psychologist living in USA (State of Tennessee) in zone 7 on 65 acres I purchased in my early 30’s. I too am an introvert. My solitude is paramount. I’ve often thought of sharing my lovely gardens and my knowledge. But, alas I am not willing to spend one moment with anything I am not truly passionate about. My earth life is finite in this human body. Certainly, I will return to enjoy your gardens, as long as you choose to continue! Blessings, Allison 🌻🐓👩🌾
Your love, passion, and heatfelt hard work, you've created a universe of pure joy. That's so awesome, Ms. Bealtaine. And having the honor to share it with so many is sacred. Happy trails.
I don’t know you but I love your spirit…best channel ever. We adopted a 3 month old boy and I’m now a stay at home parent. We have an urban farm and this channel is my break from chaos. Thank you
Greetings Colette, I was watching this video and said to my Darling how amazing it is to see the growth that happens between each posting, and He said"IT IS HER ENERGY OF LOVE THAT SHE ADDS TO MOTHER EARTH " He is so spot on ...Much love and thanks for sharing Your Love of and with Mother with us here around the World and of course Love to Patsy too xx
What a peaceful, uplifting, refreshing stroll through part of the garden and woodland. Absolutely beautiful!!! Thank you Colette, and blessings to you and Pasty.
Collette, there is a new channel called Coffee with Crones, they are all about gardens, herbs etc. I've mentioned Bealtaine Cottage to them in their comments. ❤
What a beautiful day for a tour. It’s incredible to think that one woman did this! You have welcomed all sorts of creatures and plants by starting the woodland. Imagine if we did this everywhere! Lovely. Blessings to you.☮️🐇❤️
It's wonderful that Patsy has found, literally and metaphorically, her place in the Sun. The woodland is looking stunning with all its fresh new growth and blossom always fills me with cheer. Thank you for showing us round. Bright blessings to you and the wee girl. Debs x
Great walk around with you! Everything is so beautiful . Patsy has the right idea. All cozy in a pillow fortress with a sunbath.does it get any better for a fur baby??❤ have a blessed day.
I LOVE this video!! I actually watched it outdoors and laughed when i heard "your birds" and "my birds" chirping in the background wondering, can they understand each other from different parts of the world!?? Another chuckle happend while watching your video, while you were at the baby oak, growing amongst the sedge.. i was just thinking, Colette, you are like a true Momma of the earth....And thats when you referred to the little oak as "a baby" 🥰 Sorry, a little rambling in today's comment lol....just brought me such JOY🥰💚🌼☮️🦋 Blessings in abundance to you and Patsy xx
I really enjoy your new video "intro device" you are sometimes using now where you silently walk towards the camera. The quiet of the walk is a sophisticated device that makes the viewer think something important is coming up. It reminds me of the open of some old TV program just before the host begins to tell a story about what we are going to see. But then of course you DO tell a story and it IS important! Well done.👏👏👏 Edit update....your closing shot of Patsy in the rays of the sunlight with the image of the Goddess looking at her is very cinematic. My career was in Hollywood working on films so I love to see art done well. Even if unintended or not planned, you really have a great innate sense for cinematography and storytelling!
Thanks for sharing Colette! So much inspiration in one video! A haven of hope & peace for us all at this time. I'm left wondering how much more I can plant in my long city lot..? Let's all make the world more beautiful!! 😄 🌱🌲💚 🌿 Blessings ✨
Hi Colette, Thank you for taking us around Beautiful Bealtaine! Haven't heard the Cuckoo here in Norfolk UK sadly for two years now, very sad. Have a lovely rest of your day, blessings to you and little Patsy ❤❤
Thank you for taking us through your beautiful gardens. Your environs are just waking up as ours go to sleep, but i am watching two Quails and their 6 babies (about the size of sparrows) come onto my deck for their breakfast. Blessings from New Zealand.
Good Morning from Sweden! You have really created a Heaven on Earth Colette. All your hard work and passion for to help mother Earth to thrive is a Proof of that. I often re-visit many of your videos, especially when I feel a bit "down", because, the Happiness and Love that you feel for your garden is so uplifting me. The little plant you had wonders about, I think is some kind of a liverwort.. With all the plants you have you might be helped by a Plant Identifying App (there are many to choose from).... I have one which I use quite often and it works well for me.... Oh that little girl, your Patsy she really knows how to "enkoy" herself, Basking in the warm Sun. Have a great Saturday. With Blessings to you and Patsy!🤗💖🙏🏻🌱🌳
Blessings to you and Patsy in the joyously sharing of your lives with us. With Colette's"happy sigh"...so very well said🥰🫂 I hope a lot more people in this "honored circle" that Colette has created, read, and I mean really read, your heartfelt thoughts and comments towards Colette's great works. She really deserves so so much more praise and recognition than anyone I've ever come to know, than this beautiful soul. Was just feeling stressed waiting in for a delivery then watched this video and instantly calmer ⚘️. Thank you. It's truly stunning ❤. I try with my little patches and getting more bees and butterflies now but would be in heaven to live in the unspoilt countryside like you do, Collete and Patsy. You've made a wonderful paradise. I feel so content walking with you virtually through your beautiful garden. I can truly imagine how satisfying you must feel when you see the luscious bounty of your hard work. ❤️
Beautiful spring garden! I expected almost to see our Jack on the verge looking back to say... come on Mom! Patsy as always, in the coziest corner of the cottage!

Thankyou Colette, it's so beautiful there! Just a thought, maybe you know of the use of charcoal in the Amazon rainforest. The people long ago learned that is helps maintain fertility. What's known is that nutrients and organic matter cling to the particles even if it looks like soil and it remains as charcoal in the soil for many thousands of years. All the while it sequestors carbon from the air. Thankyou again, your videos are wonderful

Do you have much wildlife like rabbits, foxes, deer in your area? We have racoons and opossums and fox, white tailed deer, and rabbits in central Texas. I love sharing my garden with them. I put bird seed out on my deck railing and feed the cardinals, dove and painted buntings. It's such a joy to have them at my cabin on the lake. The birdsong from your videos is beautiful. So much better than any music you might play. Thanks again!
