This video was helpful in deciding to keep using LR Classic. Thanks.

Thank you for the video! Please tell me, does Lightroom CC works without Internet? and is it necessary to pay if I want to use only local storage? I want to buy an iPad Pro for Lightroom, but I don’t know much about these things.

thank you for watching and don't forget to subscribe. if you are, appreciate you. 😅 that's a really good question and to be honest, i don't know. i went to adobe community and did some digging, there isn't a concise yes or no either.
i imagine that because cc stays for creative cloud that if you're not subscribed to adobe, it would NOT work. i just pay and write it off on my tax. my bad, i couldn't be more helpful.

Hey Nai, I'm curious why you use virtual copies instead of the before/after toggle (\ key), which is in CC too, or the history panel (which seems to be missing from CC). Also, Lightroom CC has virtual copies in the form of versions, which is accessed by the little Time Machine icon on the right side, or Shift-V. I still use Classic too, but mostly because I'm just familiar with it.

      hey james,
thanks for the share! 🫶🏼 originally it was more of a stability thing. i would use history to go back and forth. sometimes, i would lose my edits because i exported, didn't save properly, app crashed. now, it's just a habit thing when there is a photo that i really like and want multiple edits of.
it really is just a personal preference in terms of which app one wants to you. maybe, i'll dig a little deeper into why i still use classic in another video. 🤔 happy friday!

i’m not sure i follow when you say tether? but if you open your finder window, click on applications, all your apps are located there. if you still can’t find it, i would go to your creative cloud and see where your default download location is. hopefully, that helps. 🤞🏼
