13:00 Please correct the information. Only Texas allow Intl students to qualify for in-state tuition if they get some scholarship. No Other state allows this but they only allow scholarships that can reduce tuition fee.

What if someone applies who has a brother living in usa and is citizen..visa officer would definitely be aware of that, so he would suspect intention of student for staying in the us and not return to pakistan.. whats your advice in such situation?
Agar wo question kren k do u have relatives in the US, uska jawab kia dey YES or no? Lie will be caught anyway
