I want to do it so bad but I don’t know how to even start. I can’t do back handsprings or anything. I can do cartwheels and kick overs and a front handspring but that’s really it.
yoursparkinson honestly you should just go for it! Cheer has honestly been such a good decision for me! It helped my physically and mentally! It gives me a since of peace. The friendships I have made through cheer are stronger the the ones made at school! You could be an a level 1 team, then just slowly work your way up!
