VPW2 and King Of Colosseum 2 were my favorite still to this day. Also WWE Day of Reconning 2 was really good gameplay wise. Thank you very much for the time and dedication that you put into each of these videos.
I have Virtual Pro wrestling for N64 and Giant Gram 2000 for Dreamcast, but i never heard of the other 4 for PS2... But im about to download them now 😊

Since Yukes are no longer with WWE, I really wished they'd go back to making these Wrestle Kingdom games. Graphics for the time were incredible, and was so fun to play.
In king of colosseum 2 you could use your skill balls to make any regular move into a special, so that was pretty cool. I think you could also do it in WK2 but im not sure
WK2 had the best intros by far! but KoC2 is my all time favorite wrestling game. The roster was incredible, and the stuff they couldn't license, you could just unlock it thru the secret shop. Inoki, Baba,even guys like ric flair, brock lesnar. the road warriors (they even had their tag team finisher) Jumbo Tsuruta, Stan Hansen, like anybody that was anybody was in this game. And forget about the move list.. you could do everything, all kinds of apron moves, outside dives, even the coast 2 coast from the top rope from Marufuji You could pick the arena and depending on the crowd you would get a % match rating at the end of your match, so if you were in front of a MMA crowd and you did a lot of strikes then your rating would be high, but then if you were in front of a "kings road" style crowdthen your rating would be lower

I gotta be the different one I guess lol after finally trying Wrestle Kingdom I gotta say I prefer the first one. I actually got pretty good at it then I played the second one and for the most part everything is the same I just didn't like some of the minor gameplay changes why did they make Irish whip and switching to back grapples a strong grapple thing only that was weird I also didn't like the spirit meter being replaced with those spirit dots that regenerate way faster than the spirit meter the biggest thing for me was no Noah. I mean its a whole preference thing I suppose everyone loves the second for some reason but then again I also prefer VPW64 to VPW2, Revenge to No Mercy, SYM to HCTP, SVR06 to 07.Idk why lol I just like them a little bit more.

I was so happy to find Hayabusa in the roster when I bought Wrestle Kingdom 2.

Get a PC or buy a Japanese ps2. The N64 Japanese games can be played 3 different ways. A gameshark, a slide plate, or an adapter by hyperkin

what emulator are u using, on what device?
The PCSX2 emulator. I’m running it on a real old PC so if you have a half decent computer it should work.

Unfortunately you would need a Japanese ps2 or you can play the games on PC with an emulator (that’s what I do)

@@TheTrentGibson It's ok gameplay wise. Uses the HCTP engine but it's been tweeked. It does have good "physics" though... lol
