Uuna is relevant in BFA! and you need to take Uuna around to all the locations (shown towards the end of the video) to fully upgrade her, so she is used further in BFA: ruclips.net/video/H4lZ7hy3jMU/видео.html
This chain was completely worth it. Also as someone who did this on my Draenei, getting hugs from Uuna was a must have. Like having a daughter or baby sister.

I've had a few issues with her dialog triggering, but that is because I was using my main, which became main mid Legion, and I didn't do all the quest lines with her. However, my old main did Suramar, Shadowmoon Valley, etc. So I just switched back and forth when needed.
This is a great video and this quest line is still relevant in BFA. You must do this and upgrade Uuna in order to do the quest line for BAA"L in BFA. If Uuna isn't upgraded you can't see the npc's you need to get BAA'L.
Very helpgul video, except I have no idea how to re-summon the tear back again. I failed it. I tried everything on the forums and wowhead. nothing happened, no tears... (many tears)
You should try to take her to next area you could of completed it and did not realize it. It's worth a try . That is what happened to me. Hope this helps.
If anyone else is still having this problem try moving on to the next step. She never did the Shattrath dialogue for me (even after switching from a war mode to a non war mode phase) so I went to Ashenvale and was able to continue from there.

I really enjoyed doing this on my light forged mage, it just felt right.
