Sweet! We have the TVK20 (PTO) version of this MCS on our 2025r. Still have the old 455 with hydraulic Dump. These units are the cats tail! Can’t be beat for leaf cleanup!
I bought my X738 5 seasons ago when the biggest hopper I could get was the MCS14 dump from the seat with the power flow deck mounted blower. Lets just say I dread leaf season. The MCS20 was developed after my MCS14 by the same manufacturer for John Deere. When I bought my 2025R I did not get the mower deck because my full time 4x4 X738 works so well on my hilly yard. TerraKing makes a shaft driven version of your MCS20 that I would have put on my 2025R if I had decided on using it to mow.
I would like to get a 2025r if they had 3 range hst and is the loader and 3ppoint hitch weren't so weak. I need a good mower mainly. But have 36 acres and a 120yrd grave drive way and a 75'x30' garden.
Does anyone know who makes these. The manufacturer and model number. I'm trying to it. A lot of things is subcontracted out to another manufacturer handmade for John Deere.
That works great. I think we've commented on your videos before. We follow Tractor Time With Tim and saw your comment on his channel. We'd love if you'd give our channel a look if you get a minute and aren't already following us. Thank you!
At 12:08 Watch that tail swing! I would suggest using a blower to push the leaves away from the tree trunks, the swing, and the house to make collecting easier. Less obstacles to deal with.
It starts doing that when the hopper is full and the chute is getting blocked. The leaves have no where then. There are a few times I have to raise the deck to not hit raised tree roots and then the leaves don’t suck up nice then but it’s better than bent blades.
Thanks! These are the R3+ radial tires. They are Galaxy Garden Pro radial tires. I really like them! Great all around tire. I use them for mowing (gentle on lawn), snow, mud and everything in between. They hold up really well especially because I drive a lot on pavement and they show no sign of wearing. The trailer is a 18’ car hauler trailer from Load Trail. The trailer gets a lot of use as well and have had no issues with it. Thanks again for watching.
I suggest you use the riding lawnmower to blow the leaves away from around trees and close to the house. You then do not have to do the cautious manipulating around obstacles and can gather the leaves faster.

I can not find that model on JD web site. Can you give model number or link please ? I have a 1025R. Great demo.
I can’t remember exactly what model number it is but ask your dealer and they would know. My dealer set this up for me.
It’s a tvk20
Nice vid. How much weight are you using on your front suit case weight bracket?

Thanks!!!
What front weight bracket are you using?
How do you know when it’s full?
Somebody disabled their safety switch.
Looks to me there is a bit of "leaf blow out" from under the deck. Not good.

Very nice! Are those R4 tires? What trailer is that? Nice job
