Couldn't take my eyes off the guy with the white socks and baggy top. He was so fluid, it was beautiful. Definitely outdanced every one of those girls (who were all also incredible)
I love the girl in the short top and short shorts in the first group - she's amazing, and in group 3 the girl that stood in the same position is awesome too!
Hi All! There are some advanced moves in here. Ponche takes a lot of control to hold your balance, as well as the jete and even a single slow pirouette is considered harder to do then a double. We have a lot of mixed levels in this group since it's a drop in class, which is why I adjusted the choreography so everyone would feel included. Thanks for all your feedback everyone!

really nice :) modern jazz uses many techniques from ballet dance but the music is different , steps are more free. ...look at the way they raise their leg for example ... it's the same for ballet dancer ...

Advanced doesn't necessarily mean all the dancers will be flawless. It's a level of Jazz. There's beginning, intermediate, advanced, competition, and pro... It's just going up a level. Just because you graduated high school or college doesn't mean you're smart, it just means you gained enough credit (or in dance - technique) to move on. Plus, they probably just learned this choreography. If each of them practiced this by themselves and came back to class next week it would look 10x better.
This is actually fairly moderate. It's in-between advanced and mediocre. I'm a musical theatre person and I know that doesn't speak as greatly as what a professional dancer would say, but this is something that I feel most people would need to practice for a week before doing it as well as these people did.
"Moves" don't make you an advanced dancer. I do agree with you though, in no was is this advanced, and in absolutely no way is this Jazz. It's a weak lyrical. I hate when idiots mix genres, it pisses me off.
i am intact a dancer at a studio and this is not very advanced,this is more mini/jr level choreography,the most advance move being the stag jump which you start to learn at a mini level
There's just more ballet than i would like on this routine.. the dancers are good though.. but yea.. i was expecting more lyrical jazz and less classical ballet :)
I doesn't im 11 and in advanced company and I have harder routines then them. Okay u may say oh well ur younger well they should have the same stamina as I do. Yes I am sitting behind a computer. I could do this if I had time to memorize it.... Mikayla if someone doesnt post a video of them dancing doesnt mean they are capable of to doing this...
I love a couple of moves but the song and their moves are just not good together and I follow dance class and like a lot of people say this is not advanced
The girl in group 2, in the pink tank KILLED. As did everyone, but she REALLY stuck out, even in the last "everyone" group.
I really liked this, i learnt it myself and it was really funny to hear her encouraging words when I'm dancing on my own lol

i did this stuff in regular dance so it isn't 100% advance but Jazz is hard at times so this can be placed in advanced as well as regular
