Scrap cardboard box
Plywood for base
Brown spray paint+primer 2 in 1
Serrated Knife
Small Can of white paint

I think they’re just called track markins. But I looked this up. In race terms they're called curbs, rumble strips, gator strips, candy canes, and many other names. They're always on the outside of the entry and exit of a corner and also on the inside apex of the corner. They define the line between track and offtrack (grass)
