Just happened on my iPhone 12 pro. Wifi and Bluetooth both worked fine in the morning. Then all of a sudden they both went grey and I could not click on either. Fix for me ended up just being having to upgrade the software from 15.1.1 to 15.2.1
@@nadinehassan1 no u don’t, no need for the Wi-Fi connection if u want to update ur iPhone/iOS, all what u have to do is change the days from settings>date and time> move it forward for 10 days {if today is 4/feb, move it to 14/feb} and u will be able to update ur iPhone using the cellular data:)

Hello everybody! i have an Iphone 8Plus and it happens to me so... Basically it stopped working while I was using my phone, so I restarted my phone, I put airplane mode, I restarted my network connections but nothing worked, however I had not updated to IOS 15.4 but since I did not have wifi I had to connect it directly to my IMac to be able to update it, the Bluetooth connection was not stable enough. After the update I restarted the network connection again and it worked perfectly! I hope it help you!

what worked with me is: - i put my iphone on airplane mode. - then i shut it off. - took out the SIM card and waited for 5-10 minutes. - then put the SIM Card back in and turned it on and it worked.. i hope this helps u guys...🫡

I fixed it. I rested everything. But it started to work after I turned off automatic updates. And changed my date a month into the future. I turned my phone off and on and the wifi and Bluetooth worked fine

Hello everybody! i have an Iphone 8Plus and it happens to me so...
Basically it stopped working while I was using my phone, so I restarted my phone, I put airplane mode, I restarted my network connections but nothing worked, however I had not updated to IOS 15.4 but since I did not have wifi I had to connect it directly to my IMac to be able to update it, the Bluetooth connection was not stable enough.
After the update I restarted the network connection again and it worked perfectly!
