Aslam. Ulli kum. Sir today's topic was very important. I listened very Carefully. I Used to keep my Vitamin D level. Up to 80. As your goodself is well aware from Nov.to April. Here in J& k.
Ultra Violet rays are.found.in sun rays. So we have to take oral doses of Vit.D. Which I take.otherwise My Vit.D level was 20 , I Consulted the leading Doctor.of the Valley. Who prescribed me weekly doses. Long live sir. Marvellous post.
