Instead of prioritizing bug fixes, Unity often focuses on releasing new features. For example, back in Unity 5, there was a persistent issue where games would crash when closing, and rather than fixing that, they moved on to Unity 2017 and 2019 without addressing it. And when I brought it up, they told me, 'You can ship anyway,' which wasn’t reassuring. Unreal, on the other hand, feels more polished, serious, and robust, which is why it’s becoming a more attractive option.

Hi guys! Thanks for everything you guys do for us! I want to learn UE for VR and I'm not sure if these tutorials are right for me since you guys explain film/video and live events. Is there a big difference or is it the same and I can just watch the videos and apply it to VR?

So I am about 4 videos deep now but I wanted to come back to the first to leave a comment for new people trying to learn. This is the one. My closest experience to this is a small amount of photohop and maybe 3d printer slicing tools, so basically none. You guys are really awesome in the way that you explain things so plainly in a real "workflow" with the real noobs in mind. It really shows your understanding for the software and the amount of effort put into designing this tutorial. Really awesome guys. Sorry if I butcher the spelling but... Was Farhad modeled after Geralt, or was Geralt modeled after Farhad. =)

How to handling can't get unreal engine?
Guys, you are a good person. I have been looking for ue5 novice tutorials for a long time. I think I should take a look at your tutorials to see if it is easier to get started.
Nonstop crashing on the new version 5.4.1 when trying to follow these directions in the video. With or without ray tracing. I have a 14th gen i9 with a 3090 video card. When I try to create lets say the car simulation template it opens fine. Anyone else experience this? I downloaded the 5.3.2 version and it opens fine using this tutorial.

I'm an interior designer having a intermediate knowledge of 3ds max , sketchup , lumion , d5, vray , corona & enscape as well,
my doubt is if I'm doing good with unreal engine or not? currently I'm using Amd ryzen 5000 series ryzen -9 5950x & Gpu nvidia geforce RTX4080

I watched the tutorials sadly my PC specs can barely move the cube properly and disables Lumen and Nanite which defeats the whole purpose of learning this when I already have Blender :( Gotta wait until i can get myself a better PC

Hey Im having problems with my engine, hoping someone can help me. I have reinstalled and restarted my computer a few times and when I open my first project my whole computer lags to the point where its basically frozen and I have to force quit unreal editor. I dont know anything about specs and compatibility but i'm thinking maybe my iMac isn't meant for such a heavy program. But it runs adobe programs without issues. I have a Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019 iMac. Processor 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5. Graphics adeon Pro 570X 4 GB. Memory 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Part 2 : spend 10 years learning the tool and give up all projects one after an other

I have a question. When I started UE5 it usually opened a window for me to select my latest projects. then i selected my project and at the bottom of the window ticked something that says startup. after that when i start UE only my last selected project is opened. how can i fix this?
3:20 afaik you don't have to download them, you just need to put them into your cart and check it out (for free) and you then can then download them whenever.
