Thank you so much. I have a feeling that The Rose Plantation had better be prepared for a rush on their blueberry grilled cheese. That’s what I’m getting next time.

Hi Jana, I'd love to try the Rose Plantation! Those were interesting meals - I've never heard of a blueberry grilled cheese. Glad you (and Cameraman) enjoyed it! The best salad I've ever had was a "Lobster Chopped Cobb Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette" at The Ivy in Beverly Hills. 11 years later, and I still crave it. HOTW - Cabot Coves are my favorite style of PV. I definitely prefer them over a Colony. The laundry room pocket door is SO MUCH BETTER than the saloon style doors they used to have. Remember when PVs went for $180k - $220k? Those days are LONG gone. LOL. Thanks for another great video!

Hope you are keeping well, thank you for the interesting comments. I do remember in 2010 a brand new Patio Villa, turnkey was 145K. Put the rose plantation on your list for when you visit. You will enjoy it.

I really liked that house that sold at 2111 Sansores. Really quite charming. Together with the listings from The Villages pre-owned homes, you can just about double the number of homes on the market in The Villages and this doesn’t include new builds. There are many to choose from. I’m going to make a blueberry grilled cheese sandwich with fresh berries, cream cheese on brioche bread. I’ll bet a nickel it’s going to be delicious, almost like a dessert. I think you’re a decent golfer. I have lousy hand to eye coordination. I’d have difficulty just hitting the ball much less getting it in that itty bitty hole. My friend topped his league last summer and won the trophy for the best overall golfer in his country club. I’m very proud of him. This is all after a heart attack several years ago, a stroke in 1921 while driving with resulting vehicle accident and many months of rehabilitation. If I move to The Villages, I’m sure he’d be spending much of his time visiting exercising every available opportunity to golf. He’d be in heaven. He’d never leave Duluth permanently nor his home overlooking Lake Superior. I would definitely have a bottlebrush tree, a magnolia tree and a triple robellini along with whatever else would make my home a little bit of paradise.

Hello Cynthia. WOW, that’s quite an achievement that your friend accomplished. Congratulations to him. He would definitely love visiting you if you lived in the villages.
I do like how you plan what you would have in your house if you were here. Thank you for watching every week and I do look forward to your comments. Good luck with the blueberry grilled cheese and let me know how it tasted. Jana.

Enjoyed another great video. So good to be with you and cameraman last night! Like a dodo bird I failed to get pictures of the other friends who were there. 🙁 That is another great reason to move to the Villages…enjoying the wonderful lifetime friends you make here. Will speed up our process of moving back. Have missed being with y’all and all our other mutual friends! 🥰👏👏❤️

I would never have put blueberries on a grilled cheese. I wonder how they came up with it
